Good hotel in a good location, with great viw to to Patong Beach. It located in a quiet area, but only a short walk or ride to Bangla walking street and Patong Beach. Fantastic staff that go far and beyond to help

Whereas the location is superb, it’s at one end of beach road. Transport is easily available. The hotel is little up a hill but hotel provides you free pick and drop til main road . The size of the dairy is huge. View from rooms is superb. We took one sea facing room with uppers Birender of the sea. Our second room was pool access with our private pool shared by few rooms only with 24 hrs access Staff is super courteous. Although the

i have stayed in a better hotels to be honest , voices can be heard loud between rooms also in the hall can’t sleep because of them , the bathroom needs an update and its located up the hill so its a pain to walk up to your room or you can wait the shuttle tuk tuk to pick you up it can take 5 min to arrive , but the room was nice the bed is comfortable A/C was cold we liked that overall it was a good hotel and we enjoyed our stay .

What an ugly hotel? You have changed the room to the one have no bath tub. Unbelieveable that this is a very good changed hotel in the world. This is the first time I have encountered with this problem. Taking advantages from the guests who have paid all in advanced. We have no choice to do only accepted for the room we do not like it....

Stay was for two nights, very old property however breakfast buffet was good, very close to Patong beach. Food joints were nearby too.

Can't Sleep”
During our stay the hotel was booked by a large group from India. They partied all night with no hotel staff controlling. When I checked in I asked for a quiet room on the upper level. The staff person said "No, my room is perfect" It was right above the road where the guests partied. Did not sleep.

The hotel room is not at all maintained. The walls have stains, the bed sheet did not cover the whole bed, no moisturizer in the bathroom. A very average hotel. Does not meet the standards of a four or a five star.

A stay to remember for life.”
My best stay in Phuket yet. The thoughtful and wonderful staff upgraded my room when I waited past the normal check-in time. Since I was traveling with children, the bigger family room was very much appreciated as it ensured my stay will be so much more comfortable! All throughout my stay, I was greeted by the staff warmly wherever I went. I must say this is a must stay hotel if you are ever to visit Phuket. I, for one, will definitely re-visit this hotel when I come to Phuket again. Thanks Novotel Phuket Resort! See you soon!
