We stayed for 1 day. Hotel was good according to price and location. While check out we forgot our watch in the room. When we teied calling them on the given number , person said this numver is of royal inn and he doesnt know Nozol munawwarahs number. We are still trying to contact them but not getting any contact detail. We are back to our city now. Please try to update their latest cobtacr no. Also when we entered the room after check in there were 4 people already sitting in it. We asked the receptionist to which he said that room is coming vacant in our system. I mean this is so unprofessional that you can give the access to open any one elses room.

Location is nice just two blocks away from masjid gate 17 male and 16 female side.. Ideal location for family as access to male and female is at ease.. Room Service is not so swift and slow.. value is bit high, elevator gets jammed at prayer time(all hotels same issue i think) A bit expense thou considering other hotels with better service standard and similar rates.. Stayed with family during Ramadan.. Just Ok experience with this cost, could have got a better hotel with 5-10% increase.. They need to improve service or decrease cost abit..

Beds are uncomfortable and hotel furniture is very old. Staff is cooperative. Parking costs additional 2.5 riyals per hour and is mostly available.

First of all they said you done have booking here , go to the hotel next to us it’s also our branch you might have booking there , the next hotel checked and said I wait for 2 hrs , I took my kids out and told them to call me when our room is ready , they called after 2 hours and told you don’t have booking with us but the first hotel Instead I told them to contact them and let them call me , they called and finally told come over your room is ready We checked in , the room was good and spacious , comfortable beds , nice washroom As for cleaning , nobody in our 3 days stay came for room makeover or providing water or teabags besides complaining many times a day , nobody ever picked the phone whether it b restaurant, reception, room service etc . No dustbins in the room and washroom , complained more than 10 times but then realized all the ppl keeping their garbage in plastic bags outside their doors , which shows all about the maintenance , AC controllers not working , it was freezing cold which made us feel really uncomfortable.. the best part was the location , very near to Haram and you could get food from nearby as well but if you order from outside it will be a little hard for them to find your location and sometimes if it’s heavy traffic the police won’t allow riders to come inside the area, so ordering food is not a good idea
