Loved the stay. Everything was as it was promised. Parking was a little headache. They have very small parking place and unless you are really good behind the wheel, that parking isn’t for you, and nightmare for bigger cars n SUVs. WiFi was oftenly slow but it keeps you going. A definite stay again place Insha Allah 😊

The stay was very good and location is best right in front of gunbad e khizra.. the only problem was i had to wait 4 hours to get the room and not allowed earky checkin.

We stayed there for the last days of Ramadan and EID celebrations. The hotel is quite clean and good. The breakfast was good. The location is also good to Haram Sharif. It will be great if the hotel also start providing the meals and serving to room.

Its rare to find in saudi decorated hotel like this one Room was very nicely designed Wall paper was extremely beautiful Room size is big in comparison to rooms at madinah near the mosque bit bathroom was really small I would like to thank Mr Rayyan from front desk Was really very nice and kind man Salam and hayaakum Allah

Room service is good. Car parking is very small and limited. Room provided with tea and nescafe. Bathroom is good with sufficient soap etc. Very near to gate 5 for male but far from woman prayer area gate 15. Breakfast start at 7am.

Very Near to the prophet (pbuh) mosque gate 5 butfar walk for female females prayer . Limited breakfast items .but tasty . No internet in the room . .limited parking spaces all were occupied Room was clean and spacious, staff was helpful and friendly

Everything was great except for two things: there is no hotel parking and the paid parking nearby at 5 SAR an hour is way too expensive! Secondly, the Reception does not answer when dialled and there was no one around to help out in the morning. Third, it can get noisy (we were on the 5th floor). But apart from this, it's a great place to stay and I would definitely recommend it for families.
