The O hotel is WOW hotel”
Amazing staff, hotel cleanliness is at par, welcome is amazing, they even provide hit towels and a welcome drink. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was truly amazing. It was value for money. The hotel is situation at a very great location in old quarter. Its an area which is most happening in Hanoi. Just 1 km from the main lake attraction. Overall a great stay.

Service at it's best! With the most amazing changing breakfast”
The breakfast was amazing I ate different food each day - we stayed 6 nights, the room was large the bathroom was amazing, the staff so ever helpful and every recommendation was spot on.. We had a problem with a tour we booked, the staff help us fix this with the tour operator and were so ever kind, upon our return of a bicycle tour, they quickly supplied us with cool drinks ( so grateful as this day the heat was crazy). Here we were treated like family and not like a $ sign, in today's world this is hard to come by, we will be back here on our return. Close to Train st, the markets, the lake in fact most things are in walking distances.

Was happy with the services from front office all the way to room service. All staff speaks English and have been extremely helpful and friendly. It is a small hotel and the good thing about it is all the staff is very attentive to every guests. A home away from home. Will definitely recommend to every friend or business travellers with limited budget.

Friendly and helpful staff”
The location is quite good. Near the lake and surrounded by quite a few good restaurants and shops. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. They prepared a useful map for everything a tourist needs. Masks and sterilizing liquid is also available for hygiene. When we met some trouble in getting the flight back, they also helped us in contacting the embassy and looking for possible transportation alternatives. The overall stay experience is very satisfying.

Great location in Old Quarters”
Loved the entrance and design of the hotel and easy to spot! We walked everywhere from the hotel in the old quarters coz it was just so convenient. And also to many good food places like just 10min away! We got upgraded on our last night and damn the room was such a treat! :) staff are all super friendly and very welcoming! Will definitely stay here again when im back in Hanoi!

Although it’s an old hotel, still you will be amazed by their warm welcoming and high standard of customer services. Mon was very helpful during my stay there. I was a bit disappointed as there are no gym facilities in the hotel. But they had recommended that they can refer me to their sister hotel which is only few minutes away. The room is big and clean. Breakfast was also good!

Outstanding Hotel”
Stayed over for two nights and it's located right in the Old Quarter, very easy access if you are fine with walking in the town. The lake its just 5 mins walk and most of the nice local food stall / restaurants are just nearby. Hotel breakfast are excellent! The hotel group is quite established with many other hotel managed under the same management within the town. We also received a small gift when we checked-out. Very friendly staff.

We had an issue with noise from the room above ours. The night receptionist, wanted us to move rooms before a day trip which started at 7.00am - take it or leave it. However, the day staff resolved the matter for us, moving us to a better quieter room. The condition of the bathrooms should be addressed as they are really tired and old.
