Oakwood Premier Cozmo Jakarta is the BEST! We checked in during New Year Eve and we decided to extend. Check in was east and fast. facilities are well kept even though it was crowded. All staff observed strict healthy protocols and even reminded visitors to wear masks. They were very helpful and able to meet our needs during our stay. The staff handled peak seasons and events very well. KUDOS to all Oakwood staff for making all guests comfortable during the holiday season.

We stayed at the Oakwood (Family with 1 child 9 years old) from the 28th of June till the 28th of July 2022. The location is perfect, the facilities are very nice, room is spaceous and has all what is required. Downstairs you find supermarket, Loewy a very popular bistro, Paul, Starbucks and some other shops. But the best is the service, the staff and the friendliness. Nothing is too much. We will certainly return here when we are back in Jakarta

Check in process was fine and we got a 3-bedroom apt at 29th floor. The room was super big and clean. Breakfast was really good too. Restaurant, children's playroom and pool are in the same floor so children can play there for a long time. Thanks, Oakwood!
