By far the best accommodation in Hanoi”
I booked this place twice while my family member was having a trip (honeymoon) in vietnam. Both times they were extremely helpful, kind, and to the point. They loved the place so much, so we helped them to book once more before they leave Vietnam. State of art swimming pool is a plus, but the real gem is their staff who’s eager to help at any time. Highly recommend!

First time staying at Vietnam and at this hotel so couldn’t benchmark against other hotels but this hotel is exceptionally great. Hotel staffs are decent in English, friendly & helpful in every ways. They are also fast in requests made. Cleanliness is good as well and the rooms are well taken care of. Definitely a place worth the price!!

It seems newly built ans facility was nice. Especially the view from swimming pool was amazing. If I knew it has that nice view, I grab my swimming suit. And I am sure staffs make this hotel 5 Star. They were so kind, helpful and amazing. I have no idea how I can make good comment for them. I asked flower for my GF just 2 hour before arrive since I sent email to wrong address but They did. My girl friend still keep the picture of your flower. I appreciate for this! I ask them I am planning to cook for my GF and they gave me 1 bed(separated kitchen) room and I was so touched. They prepared my room can not have cooking smell at bed room. Thank you thank you thank you! Especially for the concierge team! I am sorry I forgot her name but all the team under her lead was amazing!

What a shock”
This is the second time I visited Hanoi and I was shocked. The hotel is brand new just 3 months old. First, impression was that this hotel is really nice. I really did not expect to see a development like this. Hanoi is really growing fast. To top that up Kluadia (the reception), was being very nice and friendly and even ungraded my room from Studio to 2 Bed rooms. It was so nice of her. Even if there is no upgrade, the hotel itself, the friendliness of the staff, the view, the facilities etc. are more than enough for the price. By the way, the hotel is located near west lake, which is the high end area of Hanoi. So you will get the lake view. I recommend to check out the swimming pool where you can really see the view of the lake and enjoy yourself. Will definitely come to stay here again.

Best accommodation in Tay Ho ”
It was our first time in Hanoi. Not to mention all the 5star accommodations, it has an exquisite heated rooftop swimming pool and all the facilities were great. Hoteliers were kind and the bicycle helped us look around Tay Ho. Highly recommend!

This hotel far exceeded our expectations in comfort and service. The staff was unbelievably helpful and attentive. Breakfast was delicious. The beds were very comfortable and the whole building was perfectly clean. Beautifully decorated and perfectly located on West Lake, just close enough to the hustle and bustle.

A+ for the staff! They really go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The pool had to be closed for a few days but they did their best to expedite things and it reopened earlier than scheduled. The manager was very helpful.

Normally, we stay in the touristy Old Quarter of Hanoi, but for this trip we wanted to feel like locals. The Oakwood made us feel like we were at home and the apartment itself had great amenities. Will stay here again for the next trip
