My friends and I went for a one night staycation and we really liked our stay. The staff were really accommodating and reliable, the apartment and the bedrooms were really nice and clean, the kitchen equipments were also quite complete (toaster, water dispenser, microwave oven, separate refrigerator and freezer, and cutlery sets) with spacious table top. The beds might not be the softest but they were still comfy enough for a good night sleep. We also really enjoyed the swimming pool with the view of jakarta at night. Overall, it was a really pleasant stay and I would come back again with my family.

This was my very first stay at one of the Oakwood properties, but i can definitely say i’d come back for sure. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. Kudos to Chiara at the front desk who assisted me during check in & check out. The concierge team and other staff were also very helpful. The unit is very spacious, clean. Pretty much have everything you need!

Nice New Year Eve runaway with family”
First time staying in Oakwood Suites La Maison. Stayed there over New Year eve with family. It is located at strategic area for our purpose. The room was very good and convenient. The 2-bedroom apartment was very spacey and the furniture was still sparkling, clean and neat. The swimming pool and gym were also nice, even though the pool size was small but enough for exercise and the gym equipment considered complete. Unfortunately our room view was cemetery area and there was no park or any place in building area for our children to play with their sparkler at new year eve, they directed us to play in the park across the building. Since it was raining, our children were disappointed that they could not fire their sparkler at all. But overall, our family were satisfied with the room. Other good note was the service was satisfying, all of our requests were fulfilled in a matter of minutes and no such trouble for us receiving guests to the room, plus the elevator was dedicated to our room

Everything was great but only till the 3rd day when we found the aircon for the whole unit was faulty and the reception arrange for a change to another unit. That is where we need to pack up things again to move/change. After all this inconvenience caused and the reception call again reminding about the check out time. First of all the air con was already faulty and the least the management cpuld do was a service recovery instead of demanding a prompt check out from us. I guess as a customer they prefer something to pacify any inconvenience which had been caused.

Oakwood is a solution for staying with family or group. The full furnished unit is occupied with modern home tools, full package of kitchen n dining supplies, perfect bathroom, and private laundry room. We dont have to carry any tools to stay with our big number of family members. Oakwood already accomodates our needs. Not mention, the staff with hospitable attitude made our stay more pleasant.

We booked for 2BR unit, yet got upgraded to 3BR (although 1 room was kept locked), hence we were very happy got a city view bath tub 😊. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Our kids were so happy with the pool and the playroom, plus it only 5 mins walk to nearest MRT station so we can reach downtown easily.

It is good to see a big apartment fully furnish and check in was prompt without any delay and all request being granted. Place has a nice view. Near to Blok M Plaza and a 24hour supermarket at yout convenience right infront of the hotel. The place is guarded very well with parking lots available at no charge.
