Beautiful scenery- beware of additional fees”

-kayaking tour -bike ride -great view from the room -extremely friendly, hardworking staff and crew on the boat -wide variety of seafood for dinner meal
-There were loose, broken, and missing wooden floor boards on the top deck. -missing knob for bedside table in our room -No one greeted us upon arrival at the boat launch- lots of confusion about where to go and what group we were with, even though we were picked up by a driver on behalf of cozy cruise. -We were picked up with another couple from their hotel and they were greeted and told where to go, while we were ignored. -Additional money is needed to buy water and soda/juice at meal time. We completely understand not including alcoholic beverages in the price of the cruise, but water and juice/soda at meals should be factored into the cost of the cruise. We opted not to buy any drink for this reason. -I expressed these concerns to a Cozy Cruise representative a few days after the cruise when she reached out to me to see how it went. No one from the company responded after I shared my experience.

Staff was awesome! The tours were nice and the view was outstanding! I would definitely recommend the tour again.
Be aware that you need to pay the trip in cash before you are boarding. I don't understand why they can't organise a credit card system, usually u can pay with booking, but maybe they don't want to pay the booking taxes... Its crazy amount of money you need to get in cash, and they can't really offer you something else. They gave us for the first night a room who wasn't the room we booked. The custom service is not on the boat and it's difficult to communicate with them. Even though, they gave us a reductuon of the price.
