Thanks, Okada Manila for a very wonderful and relaxing experience. This is my first time in Okada and our group, especially my mother, are glad to have celebrated a special occasion at this hotel. They upgraded our room from Deluxe to Premium and were very generous enough to prepare a birthday setup for my mother. I've stayed at a few hotels here and abroad, but so far Okada Manila is now at the top of my list for their super service and amenities. It's very pricey compared to others but every penny you pay is worth the experience. I highly admire all their staff for their very warm welcome and awesome customer service. They greet you everytime and are very happy to assist you. Staff are available in every area so you don't feel lost or you can always reach out if you need assistance. They greet you always with a smile. Kudos to all the staff of this hotel! They value the cleanliness and safety of all the guests because they implement strict health protocols. If you are on a budget, you can also order food outside via grabfood. They have a designated area (lower ground) where you can pick up your orders. For a cheaper alternative too, they have Jollibee at the lower ground - near the fountain area. Take note that they also require a 5,000 deposit during checkins. You can pay in cash, which will be given back after checkout or pay in credit card, which will be credited back after a week at most. I also like their express checkout. It's super convenient especially if you are in a hurry. Highly recommended and I will definitely go back soon with my friends.

I booked a one-night stay at Okada because I wanted to be closer to the airport for my flight back to Melbourne. I was so impressed by the hotel- the design, architecture, the cleanliness, the staff, basically everything! It is quite expensive but You get what you pay for! Thanks to MJ, the staff who helped us check in. He was genuinely helpful and very professional. I just felt pampered overall by everyone. I had room service too which was great! The staff on ground floor also helped us so much with our luggage which we stored after check-out. Before we went to the airport for our flight, I had to fix my luggage as I still had a lot that were in small bags and had to put them in my luggage and my partner's luggage. Although we already checked out and this was around 5.30 pm (check out time is 12 noon), the staff still helped us and stayed with us to lift my heavy luggage and open the, close them and repeat, until we finally booked a Grab car to take us to the airport. It also felt so safe with all the security, police, and i think there was swat as well. there were different teams and it was so strict going in, with police dogs sniffing the car too. I really felt safe overall and I was treated exceptionally well. very organized hotel. I give you 10/10. thank you for the experience!

We had a marvelous time during our stay at Okada Manila, Safety protocols were strictly implemented for the benefit of each and every guests, there were disinfectant stations upon landing at the hotel entrance. Donna and EJ from the Frontdesk was admirable and provided us with first-rate assistance. They ensured that we're able to complete the required swab test and with the flawless procedure and system they have in place, we're able to check-in to our room right on time. The room was spacious, clean, and santized. The hotel restaurant have a wide array of menu that gave us a lot of options. Undoubtedly this is the place where you'd want to celebrate your family's milestone and relax.

Unforgettable Amazing Birthday Experience with Okada Manila”
I chose to book one night stay at Okada Manila to give my beloved husband a surprise on his birthday. Mr. Melvin Villanueva warmly welcomed and accommodated our registration and told us that our room was upgraded by Miss Danica to an executive suite room. Mr. Melvin was so kind to take the birthday decorations from my daughter to be set up in the room. After a delicious lunch at Goryeo the Korean restaurant inside Okada around 3 pm, we went back to reception, Mr. Melvin introduced us to Miss Danica Santos, assistant front office manager. She let Mr. Melvin to assist us around the hotel spa and pool. Afterwards, Miss Danica and Mr. Melvin assisted us to check in our room. The executive suite room was the biggest and most amazing room we have ever stayed. My husband really had an unforgettable amazing birthday experience with Okada Hotel including the delicious Medley dinner buffet and the fountain. Safety and security is very important to us and we were impressed from the time we arrived on the property. There are visible staff everywhere you go, on each entry/exit point, every floors, basically everywhere. And the amenities and facilities are superb and world class. We didn’t have to go out because everything we needed are already there, like the restaurants, store, the gym and the best of all, the spa and pools. We highly recommend the hotel and will surely come back when we visit the Phils again. We thank you also for upgrading our deluxe room to junior suite which is really cool and with the view of the fountain. We really loved it. I just forgot the name of the front desk staff that assisted us and oriented us to the room but really appreciated all his help since we just came from a very long trip. They prepared our room in advance, greeted me on my birthday, gave treats and a personalized note. They also gave their contact details if ever we need anything. Plus their staff are all beautiful and good looking!! Hahaha. Amenities are top notch, service is one of a kind!! they are also true to their 3T program: True Clean, True Safe and True Heart!! We had a free room upgrade maybe bcoz of the late check in, though we still waited for 45mins to an hour for the room to be cleaned. They are also very accommodating to our needs since we had some frozen foods and they didn’t hesitate to store it in the kitchen’s freezer. Staff were also very nice and polite and they also have smiling faces whenever we pass by. The room was Superb! It was indeed worthy of a 5-star rating and we are looking forward to be back again. Great service!!!! We super love our overnight stay. Super accomodating staff!!! were super comfortable talking to them. Theyre super kind!!! they gave us a free upgrade to their newly opened crystal wing.. with best view of manila bay. Room was sooo high tech, we were woah!! super amazed. Amenities too were super great. It was raining when we visited... outdoor pool was closed but they have indoor pool that opens during inclement weather. They also have a huggge fountain. Will definitely be back!!!!

We were amazed at the attention to detail, the fantastic staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff. A special note for going the extra special service for us are the concierge staff, the Medley Buffet manager and staff and the Spa staff really made the experience at the Okada wonderful. Food room service for our dinner and breakfast was served Hot , delicious , tasty, and the spread will make you more hungry. The rooms size is perfect, very very clean. Better than Belagio, MGM, Ceasar Palace in Las vegas. . I have been to las vegas , stayed and played their more than 200 times. Okada is 6 stars.

We really enjoyed our stay at this fantastic hotel because the rooms are what you dream about. Our rooms has a Jacuzzi bathtub facing the fountain lake. What a view especially watching at night the water fountain show below while getting a water massage from the Jacuzzi. I won't even mention the the swimming pool facilities. I'm telling all my friends not to go abroad for a vacation. They can go to Okada and get the same relaxing break by staying here in our on backyard. Saving money on airline tickets and the hassle of flying. Actually, I booked a room with the hotel on their on going promo and was upgraded by Michael Cruz because my room was not yet ready on time. What a thoughtful front desk person and the rest of the hotel staff were excellent.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Okada Manila. It was a surprise birthday treat for my wife and we enjoyed every minute of our stay. When we arrive, they observe the quarantine protocols and made sure we had a safe stay. We were upgraded to a suite room and even prepared a birthday banner and a complimentary cake for my wife. We enjoyed the outdoor pool facing by the bay and even allowed us to access the famous Cove Manila indoor beach pool! The food are of high quality and at very reasonable prices. The staff are very accomodating and shout out to Ms. Alianna Joaquin who greeted us upon arrival and even accompanied us in the room. She made sure our stay will become memorable. Okada Manila is the perfect place to stay! The best hotel in Manila based from my experience! Was upgraded to Manila Bay Suite. Room was so huge and clean as well as their amenities. Hotel staff were all kind, friendly and accommodating. Food was great from both Medley Buffet and Kiapo. My daughter enjoyed PLAY! Fountain show was spectacular! I highly recommend this hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. Will most definitely come back.

The hotel is superb. Staff were accommodating and polite. Facilities cleanliness safety and health protocols were strict. But maybe due to holiday season and hotel was almost fully booked that time 12/29/2021 the room services were slow.. you'll wait 20-30mins. One time i asked for the plate and utensils for my son's bday cake. It took them more than 30mins we had to eat on a box cover. . But its ok.. still its superb..

That was our third stay in Okada with my husband. The amenities and facilities are getting better and better every time but the customer service is constantly excellent! I give credit to Taka who toured us around the hotel and made us feel at home. He was very polite and friendly, one of the best staff in the hotel! I love the coral swimming pool especially the sunset view and the floating sun beds. I also like to commend the attentive driver of the golf cart who drove us every morning to the breakfast buffet restaurant, since my husband has ankle injury. He anticipated the need without even asking him to do so! I recommend it to my friends here in Sweden and I'll definitely coming back there!

Stayed here on Valentine's Day. Superb for fast checked-in. Superb also on clean room and facilities. We stayed in Coral Wing and we love the view. Thanks for the recommendation of your staff, Ms Nina Campos. Though the only cons are: the lobby is far from the parking space and there are limited selection of restaurants especially at the morning. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and hoping to come back again soon. :)

Okada is very generous to their guests. I requested for a little something for my daughter’s birthday and received not only a free cake but a free upgrade to executive suite with a lovely view of the fountain. (Thanks Ms Melody!) The room is big and high tech with in room touch control. Also, loved the spacious bathroom and jet tub! Everything was perfect from the email reply, checking in, & courteous staff. We have an infant and they setup a crib free of charge. The breakfast buffet was grandiose. Definitely the best staycation ever! Please do note that valet service is free of charge for check in guests. We weren’t informed and paid the fee. We were then refunded. Expensive but worth it! Will definitely come back!

Best Staycation Ever”
There was a long line in the check-in counter since it’s peak season but staff were helping each other to accommodate everyone and gave same treatment. Good for Okada as business is picking up. We had a great time. We stayed in Junior Suite and my kids enjoyed their bubble bath in the whirlpool. The room is big for 3 pax and can accommodate more. The hotel is so big, a lot of stores and restaurants to go to. There’s also Jollibee for the kids. I don’t mind doing a long walk as I enjoy the view. We also received a cake courtesy of Okada for their 5th anniversary upon entry in our room. Everything is high tech. Definitely a worth staycation that you and your family or friends have to experience.
