Guests are expected to clean up after and must not throw any debris into the sink outlet to prevent choke. Any significant mess or damage will be compensated from the deposit. Please dispose of rubbish in the multiple garbage bins provided. No excessively loud partying to avoid complaints from the neighbours as we are located within a quiet neighbourhood No strong smelling, staining foods e.g. durians, mangosteens etc. Any significant stain left behind will be chargeable against the deposit. Guests are not allowed to wear their outdoor footwear / shoes inside the bungalow to maintain cleanliness Guests are encouraged to shut down all electricity usage upon leaving the bungalow to conserve energy and avoid damage to electrical components as well as risk of fire. Guests are responsible for their own personal valuables during their stay. The Host is not liable for any stolen or lost item as well as any financial loss, injury, sickness or death caused in the premise. Guests are not allowed to indulge in any illegal activity under local laws during period of stay. Check in time is 3.00 pm and check out by 12 PM. Early check in or very early/ late check out are available subject to availability and mutual agreement with Host. Maximum of 12 guests allowed on existing bedding.
