Deluxe room fit 4 families of 4. Need to bring own toto or camp. Spacious room and big toilet too... Enjoy the pool so much. 3times booked this hotel so far.

Huge room ”
We booked the family suite for our family of 5 (3 children aged 5, 1.5 and less than 1. The room is HUGE and clean. There is a sitting room, a changing room a bath tub, which my boys loved, and 2 big queen sized beds. The refrigerator was huge, too. Really useful for me when I need to pump and make ice cubes to transport the milk in my cooler pack. I'm really happy. Only downside is there is no elevator so we need to climb up the stairs to level 2. The staff was also helpful because they allow us to checkout late because my husband's golf event finished after lunch. Thank you so much. We really appreciate the gestures.

Excellent service rendered”
The hotel location a little bit far from the main road. The room service was excelllent and fast. After we checked in we discovered that the toilet was not well function and we reported to the room service staff. A few minutes later, the mantenance staff knock the door and do his work. The issue that we highlighted been rectified and we are happy. Well done to the staff for the fast and excellent service rendered to us.

just nice for a family short weekend”
Ok meeting expectations.nice swimming pool lots of green and quiet good for family short weekend together with children. Near to malacca town and lots of historical places. You should consider driving then you can drive around the town together visiting good makan places like in bukit beruang dima restaurant and arab cafes. You can also visit mitc and mydin mall for local stuffs. Go to malacca town to for assam pedas and peranakan foods.

Relaxing from your Busy Day”
Basically it's a hotel for golfer far from heavy traffic and town. Nice for family outing which want to runaway from the town enviroments. The local restaurant also available about 1km driving from the hotel and 4km if you're planning for sightseeing in Malacca town. The room however need some renovation as they are quite old.

The room was big, very dirty, very old and run down, nothing up to date, no restaurant for dinner or breakfast, very weird set up ! If you want to be on the golf course it's OK, BUT I do have to warn you how outdated everything is.....similar to a 70's bathroom with black bathroom furniture, nothing to sit and relax on in the room, TV stations not good, no wifi, air con blowing warm, if youre looking for ease for orna golf its OK, if youre looking for luxury book something else !

Cold but enjoy”
The hotel has no bell boy, no lift and has no greeting to new customer. It quite difficult for family vacation since we have many bags to carry to our room at third floor. It become worse when we have baby to hold too. The hotel provide no assitance and does not care about our difficulties.More surprisingly the hotel has no first aid! I wonder how if somebody get accident while playing golf. Even when my kid got bruise at swimming pool they cannot do anything.

large room but with no windows. feels like staying in a store room. staff are OK, not friendly nor snobbish either. quite far from town, but because of late booking, there is no other choice to book at other hotel. price are quite reasonable even though during public holiday. has an internet wi-fi. swimming pool looks old-fashioned.

Disappointed”
The facility had many things not working and it was hot inside the resort. The rooms were reasonably OK but the resort needs a major facelift and a LIFT. You have to cart your bags and clubs up or down two floors.

First Encounter with Orna”
The room is very spacious but badly needed upgrading. The room smell of "moldy odour" ...like not enough ventilation. The air that came out of the air-conditioner also have a 'moldy odour". We needed to open the room door to let the "air circulate for awhile" ...to get rid of the 'moldy odour'. Since we were only spending a night there, we did not bring this subject up. The new Nepali waiter at the Club House Restaurant was very pleasant & give good service. That kind of make the stay a bit more pleasant. The foods & service at the Chinese Restaurant was pleasant.

We had a pleasant stay here. We would appreciate the the duvet can be vacuumed well because I can see with my naked eye the dust in the air from the duvets.
