Due to the flight details i reached the hotel early feb2 ( 5 am ) Just imagine after 7 hours flight i asked for early check inn but they refused Then im pushed to pay extra 1 nyt , i asked to charged same as my booking but again refused NO HOSPITALITY ARE AVAILABLE THERE THANK YOU

Dissapointing”
The receptionist speaks very little of English. He gave our reservation to someone else even having constant communication with him. We arrived 2:30am in the place only to know our reservation was given to someone else. We ended up walking 3am evening to look for a vacant "somewhere to rest". Never will I recommend this place.

Well you know what you're looking for when you visit batha you're looking for the beast deals at the market its near by most of the main markets and it's a few blocks from the Filipino market the hotel mainly is fine not that bad it's old but every thing is working fine the wash room tho is the main problem it smells at times well what old hotel doesn't so I suggest to keep the dean hole on the floor closed it basically a fix to ur problem all is good and u can say it's a bang for your buck

pros: In Al Batha so good access to shops, cheap eateries and public transport Internet worked quite well Not too expensive Cons: Very inconsistent quality between rooms Bathrooms dirty, smelly and/or without basics such as shower heads working properly Staff slow and inefficient: took over half an hour to check in three bookings. Suggest training in how to use a computerised booking system Smelly corridors probably partially due to refurb works going on Cleanliness leaves a great deal to be desired
