Best resort for family and couple”
I have spend sometimes searching for best resort. Finally found Outrigger for our trip. We spend 600baht take cab from airport to Outrigger resort. As told Grab is not allowed enter to airport for pickup. This is the first time we visit phuket. We love the resort, staff very friendly and 30mins to airport. Beach restaurants, massage 300baht and drinking bar just next to resort around 5mins walk. Very convenient suitable for family and couple. Beach is clean and quiet maybe due to low season. We spend 200baht take cab to the nearby small town visit Friday night market take around 5~8mins. Although resort provide transport but the waiting time is very long. One day only 4~5trips. Request time table from front desk. Love the sticky rice, BBQ pork and BBQ sweetcorn 😉 Next day we spend 800baht take cab to phuket town to visit Naka night market. Would recommend club oceanfront room. We stay at room 311 we love the oceanfront view. 😘 Regret only stay for two days. Will be back soon...

Absolute paradise!”
The hotel was beautiful. The staff were all wonderful - particularly Khun Mai. The breakfast buffet was amazing and the rooms large and clean. The location is unbeatable, and few steps away from a huge golden sand beach (more than 5km long). There are 3 pools, a kids pool, a main pool and a smaller lovely adult pool, which is fantastic for everyone. There were also lots of activities to do if you wanted e.g. archery, yoga, pilates, kids club etc. The area had all the Thai charm and character you would hope for e.g. simple bars and restaurants on the beach but none of the sleaziness. Perfect for a family to have fun and unwind.

Wonderful resort”
I was coming back to Thailand after several months away, and SAii Laguna Phuket was the perfect choice. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helped me with everything needed for the Thailand Pass application process. On site, they helped me arrange a rental car, and went out of their way to make sure my stay went smoothly. I love the Laguna area because it's quiet, the resorts are directly on the beach, and it's far away from the seedy nightlife. The resort has lovely rooms with day beds. I got a beach view room so I could sit inside and enjoy the view. And the slide at the pool is so much fun. If you're looking for a beach resort stay when you visit Phuket, this is the perfect place to be

What a wounderful place!!”
I booked two connecting rooms for my teenager daughters. The room was very nice and clean. Outrigger staff were very kind and they said " SAWADI KAP" and "KOKUN KAP" anytime, anywhere. What is especially surprising is that bugs, especially mosquitoes, have not been found, despite the hot weather. Outrigger, it is the best hotel.

What a dream ”
We loved everything about this hotel. The staff were all so attentive and kind, the facilities were beautiful- fab beach, a hop and a skip to a series of beach bars and restaurants, massage parlors and more- so you don’t feel stuck at the hotel. We walked to the lazy coconut twice which is an awesome family friendly beach club (swimming pool, swings, etc). One of the unexpected highlights was the breakfast- it was truly one of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve ever experienced and was the highlight meal every day. We were sad that leave after 4 nights and only wish we had more time!

Beautiful resort that you don’t need to get out ”
Resort is nicely connected to several other hotels, shopping and beach club within the Laguna. Boat and bus shuttle are both available. Plenty Tan beds along the beach and pool for us to laze around. Staffs are friendly and helpful. Great Smiles everywhere we go. Outside the resort along bangtao beach, there are cheaper food options, grilled seafood, authentic Thai food and a beach club, Catch Beach Club. Sadly Xana was closed for renovation. Will visit again real soon!

Excellent holiday”
Staff were all exceptionally attentive, the food was presented, tasty and as my partner is gluten, dairy, msg, intolerant, the staff had that sorted every meal for her, don’t get that anywhere else. Heaps of activities and if you’re lucky enough to join club 47, there’s free food and drink throughout the day and evening. There were too many to thank but these are a few, Karen, Toon, Goi, Lee, Mickey, Milk, Mai, and all the staff. We will be returning next year.

Super spacious rooms ideal for families. Great restaurant and looooooong beach and amazing pool facilities with cool slider. Plenty of little restaurants close by. I absolutely love this hotel! Bang Tao beach is my favorite, and this is the best hotel on it! The facilities are simply stunning. The swimming pool is awesome. Also, it's right next to some pretty cool, chill beach side restaurants and really good bars. A strong recommend!

Highly recommended for family, especially with kids. Amazing noodle station in breakfast. I love it so much. Even, I have eaten it three times! And very clean room(No bugs, No lizards), very close beach, and interesting waterslide. And impresively kind steps. It is so glad to meet step named 'Noom'. He helped us passionally who had trouble in booking a tour.

Peaceful, beautiful resort, but you may want a car”
We recommend SAii if you’re mostly looking to stay at the resort and relax on the beach or at the beautiful pool. If you want to explore Phuket, we recommend you have a car or stay closer to town. It’s a 700BHT taxi ride each way to most places in town. The staff at SAii are great and the outstanding breakfast buffet was seriously one of the best we’ve ever experienced. We also recommend the John Grey island tours and they will pick you up at SAii.

We didn't get to enjoy all the facilities of the hotel, but could see that there was much on offer. Pools looked great, especially as the fronted the beach.
