The epitome of great hospitality.”

Our hosts were very accommodating and welcoming. The room was very clean. The breakfast was fantastic. They went above and beyond to help us when our travel plans went awry and made us feel like it was no burden to them. The epitome of good hospitality, would recommend to anyone! We found the location very convenient as well.

Beautiful property, spacious room, comfy bed, exceptionally clean, with the added bonus of a settee to relax on. The covid friendly breakfast arrangements were very good and worked very well, preferred the table service . Great breakfast too, Great hosts, would highly recommend.

Great location to walk into Whitby, although worth keeping in mind it is on a hill so quite steep when walking back. Room was lovely and spacious, very clean and homey. Jayne was lovely and if we needed anything was there. Great stay, will be returning in the future!

Room was beautiful, well maintained and cleaned impeccably. Jayne was very friendly and went out of her way to accommodate us, really went the extra mile and made us feel very welcome. Location was superb, just a couple of minutes walk to all the action.

A very relaxing and enjoyable stay.”

We were concerned about distancing in the breakfast room but but in fact the breakfast tables were all well spaced out. This accommodation is spotless. Jane and Keith were friendly helpful hosts. The full English breakfast was excellent. We had only booked 2 nights but ended up staying for 3. We would recommend this lovely guest house to anyone.
