The good reviews on cleanliness indeed didn't disappoint me. The room and toilet are so clean! I just didn't expect it to be a tatami instead of a usual bed for my room on ground floor. LOL. Anyway the mattress was comfy, still. The room is simple, with a super cooling aircond, a tv (limited channels), a hairdryer and a simple wall mounted bar table with a chair. The small window looks out to the corridor. I brought my laptop and HDMI cable to connect to the tv for Netflix. Soundproof of the room is not so good however. Water dispenser is in the lobby with hot and cold water. Staff is friendly. The Lea cafe serves nice light food and drinks for teatime, and not pricey! McD is just across the road and Yuan Soon fishball noodle shop is just 2 min walk along the shoplots. The shoplots are mainly car workshops, it would be nice if there were more eateries and convenient stores around. Roadside parking available. Overall this budget hotel is good and I had a pleasant stay! It's on my fav PD hotel list from now on.

The hotel room was clean, nice and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful. The only thing was our room faced the main road and the traffic was noisy all night. Would definite stay here again!

Ad hoc booking turns out good! The room is well maintained. No kettle inside the room but they provide water dispenser hot and cold outside the room together with the paper cup. Cleanliness is superb. I like it.

What i can tell is that this place is really comfortable for me, the staffs ive met wether on front desk or on their daily routine, they stop just to greet and smile. Facilities..? Overall are neat except that they didnt have a place to hang like a cupboard or something but doesnt matter cause i feel comfortable.

The bedroom and bathroom are very clean. I have strong sense of smell and can mildly sense the towels had been deep cleaned with Dettol. Plus points for shared drinking water dispenser and very effective shower heater and pressure
