Staffs are so cool. Location is very good to visit front beach and other tour spots. Swimming pool was deep for child and woman, but it was so calm and clean to enjoy taking a rest. I really recommend here and would like to visit again.

Exceptional”
2nd visit to this lovely apartment, but for 2nd time, no hot water (mild only). Also room maintenance not being done regularly. Patio door did not lock on arrival and when I was told it had been repaired, it had not been done. So had to ask 2nd time, as it was a security issue. A beautiful hotel that is marred by basic maintenance issues and could be more comfortable, but I will continue to return, as staff are wonderful and it is great value.

A great discovery”
Fabulous and very spacious apartment. Might have been better value but I was there during Tet holiday. Great location close to town centre and the beach. Very comfortable. Only one gripe - why no soap and just a tiny ration of bath gel each day? Considering this hotel does so much right, that is a strange policy.

Very nice hotel, Staff only bad thing”
Rooms was very nice, and pool + rooftop was nice. Good location and price was good. But people who work in there wasn't nice and they didn't care about our needs. We needed a help with a TV, because there was no channels. They didn't want come to help when my girlfriend talked to them, but unleast when I called to them, they came to see. They promised to fix it, but never do anything. Just keep silence. Also people in reception was very unfriendly. My girlfriend told me many times that when she said hello, they didn't even say hello back. There was also other things. Like just a small knife, what we asked, because there is a kitchen, but empty. So we asked just a small knife and the person in reception wanted money for that

The women at the reception desk (ai thought she is the owner) was always big mouth every time I was down there, She was yelling at her every staff. For the check out time, she ask us very rude that Have to check out before 12 o'clock. Oh my god. Never be back

Don't expect refunds”
Have stayed here probably 10 times over the years. I booked 3 nights online. When I arrived I asked if I could add an extra night as my wife was coming in 2 days time. Unexpectedly she was taken to hospital and I asked to cancel the extra night I had booked giving 24hrs notice. Tha answer was flatly no and it would be too hard to refund because I used a foreign credit card! I also told them for 5 years that their mattresses were disgusting slabs of sponge and they need to improve. When I checked in I asked for a spring mattress and was refused. I asked for a mattress topper and was not supplied. They have lost my business forever as they are not the only hotel in Vung Tau

Best hotel in Vietnam”
After staying in many hotels across Vietnam (including the stinking rat hole Dragon II hotel) This place is heaven. apartment style in immaculate condition.I want to live here for ever! Excellent swimming pool and such a beautiful building. If making a booking and you dont like rock hard bed, ask reception for a mattress topper. also right next to a church that rings it's bells at 5AM every morning followed by singing which is ok but with outside PA system, so drink hardy the night before and it will block it out :) Best value for money by far. Luxury at it's best

Huge room at a great price”
This is more of a studio apartment than a hotel room. We had a full kitchen with dining area, bathroom and bedroom. Everything appeared to be newly renovated tastefully. Location is very nice if you want to be near coffee shops, restaurants and bars. The beach is only about a 5 or 10 minute walk. Very nice accommodations in a beautiful part of town. Will be staying again.

The pictures on the hotel website absolutely did not match the photos. Windows in the kitchen had gaps between glass panes and mosquitoes could easily get in. Bed was hard as rock and only one blanket between two people not to mention water was only luke warm even after running the tap for over 10 minutes. No elevator either, we had to carry our own luggages down two flights of stairs as we checked out early in the morning. A very disappointing stay overall.
