Pretty close to perfect! Pros: - Friendly staff always with a smile and happy to help with anything. - delicious breakfast. - very clean rooms with option for daily housekeeping. - great location near large shops, local shops and restaurants, quiet beach, airport... - good wifi. - amazing value. Cons: Bed too comfy - wife said I snored! 10/10 would recommend

A little gem in Kuta”
What a lovely place, lovely people - everything you could need. The rooms are very comfortable, the breakfast is great and the people are happy and helpful. It is in a little side street, lovely and quiet, but only a few minutes walk to the beach, to shops, to anything you need. Great if you work online, has a desk and good internet and perfect for the solo traveler.

Worth to stay, best value for money”
I like this place, it's very cheap and good for everything. I stayed in many hotels in Bali , those are expensive and not worth to stay. As we are in a budget trip so we need to concern more about money and everything in our trip. This place is very good, good stuffs and good breakfast. I'm so happy staying here. Next time if I come back to Bali, I will definitely stay here again. Maybe the location is a bit hard to notice when you are looking from the main road but you can just follow Google map it will be fine.

Extremely clean, spacious, modern and friendly hotel located close to Lippo mall. It’s in a small alley and it’s very quiet and well insulated. Breakfast was good also. Highly recommended hotel!

A new an clean hotel, tiny room with king bed size,quiet place but great location a short walk to the beach and Lippo Mall Kuta, only 10minute to airport ( so just cost cheap if you came by taxi) Nice breakfast..Good choice whether you want to stay overnight for transit only for couple days enjoy beach in Bali

Very comfortable stay in a quiet central location. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Room is quiet with modern facilities. Location is very good and only a few minutes walk to Lippo mall. Breakfast is included in the price. Highly recommended.

Excellent Hotel”
A very clean, quiet, comfortable hotel located within a 2 minute walk to Lippo Mall and a short walk to the beach. The air conditioner worked well and the double bed was comfortable. The room was in excellent condition and the shower was spotlessly clean without any traces of mould or soap scum. Plenty of hot water in the shower and toiletries were provided. A good breakfast was included in the price. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended.

This hotel is really worth to stay. Cheap price (it’s really worth because includes breakfast), good location (just a walk distance to Lippo Mall Kuta and Pantai Jerman) and the facilities are good for the basic stay. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Pefect as a base before heading to/from the airport. Near the Lipo mall and a short walk to the boardwalk on the beach. Bed was pretty hard, but the room is a great value overall.
