    I booked several equal rooms, in the beginning they gave us one of them really low quality, had to ask for a new one. In general photos doesn't match the reality. It was very noisy behind the windows because of the road, ACs are also old and noisy, so it was difficult to sleep there. Also a lot of dust everywhere

    Bad hotel”

    Very Bad experience, toilet was broken, in pictures rooms shows big size actual very small, no clean. I staid one night i need to return the 2nd night amount

    Worst Hotel in Abha”

    We booked the suite for 4 days and 3 nights. However, we could not last even a few hours. The first room they showed our group was FILTHY. The sheets were used and it was not what we have booked online. The room that was shown next was a 2-bedroom suite. All sheets are crumpled and we asked the staff to change them and the attendant was complaining the whole time we asked and while he was changing the sheets. The duvet in 1 bedroom was really soiled and stained with a big dark spot, we asked it to be changed but the attendant refused. Shower in 1 bedroom is not working, the switch to change from faucet and shower was missing. Shower door on the other room was broken. All sofas are stained. The fridge is connected to the socket with just the wiring - Fire Hazard. AC was obnoxiously loud, we couldn’t even stay in the room to rest after our 12-hour drive to go to Abha. After resting our feet for a couple of hours, we left and look for a better hotel/ apartel.

    They disregard your reservation. Bed sheets and sofas are not clean. The hotel entrance and accessibility are terrible. And to make this experience more enjoyable, kids were playing in the hallway untill 5 am...

    للأسف إدارة هذه الشقق وموظف الاستقبال مخادع ...لما وصلت أخبرني ان الحجز فقط غرفتين...وانا حاجز ثلاث شقق ...والغرف سيئة للغاية من جميع النواحي من الروائح الكريهة إلى دورات المياه السيئة والمراتب السيئة جدا وسوء تعامل موظف الاستقبال . .انا اقترح إزالة هذه الفندق او هذه الشقق لأنها تسيء لكم ولموقعكم علما بأن السعر عند حجزي كان خصم ٨٠ بالميه كما يدعي والسعر عند الحجز المباشر من نفس الفندق يعطي الشقة ب ٢٥٥ لليوم ...شقق سيئة للغاية
