          Very disapointed.”

          This is not my 1st time arrival. But the last is the most disapointed for me. When i came, the room was not ready. Floor still dirty, bathroom smells bad. The AC was leaking. The pillow and the blanket was not white enough, it feel gross even to touch it. Im not coming back to this hotel.

          Saya memesan kamar dengan kapasitas 5 kamar delux double. tetapi hanya mendapat 4 kamar, dengan alasan kesalahan system. dn birokrasi untuk downgrade kamar lama, kecewa. air pancur kamar mandi kecil, mandi ga puas. sabun dn shampo nya di jadikan 1 botol kecil dn hanya diberikan 1 pcs. kolam renang nya jg ga bisa di nikmati, harus bayar 35.000 untuk menikmati kolam renang yg tidak begitu bersih. selain itu, staff nya ramah, kamar bersih dn ac nya dingin banget banget banget.

          1. Letak kamar persis di depan jalan raya jadi suara sangat berisik 2. Air dari keran dan shower kecil bahkan sempat mati beberapa kali 3. Selimut dan sprei bernoda dan berlubang 4. Terdapat connecting door yg tidak aktif namun jadi membuat suara dari penghuni kamar sebelah terdengar 5. Cat dinding terkelupas 6. Stop kontak hanya 2 dan lokasinya tidak strategis 7. Akses jalan menuju kamar dari lobby terlalu jauh dan tidak ada jalur alternatif 8. Pintu sulit dikunci 9. Tidak ada amenities 10. Lampu kamar mandi redup bahkan hampir mati 11. Posisi lobby di belakang jadi sulit mencarinya saat pertama datang
