The Hotel facility and staff actually worth your money, everything is good. But the only problem was the room not cleaned well. My gf sneeze a lot because of dust (she's alergic to dust). The bed skirting also kinda dirty. Need more attention to detail cleaning.

Looks like a haunted hotel. The water looks a bit yellowish. Yet this hotel nearest to neo soho mall (aquarium jakarta) & central park. Also a lot of foods around like family mart with atm, chatime and more. A very strategic hotel but a bad management.

Despite of the cheap price, the hotel is missing some essential traits. We could only pay with cash, the payment using debit/credit cards are not available. Our room did not have towels. We tried to call the house keeping but no answer. The room smells bad. The sheet is dull.

Awful Place in a Good Location”
The receptionist was a bit slow, there was a cat on the very dirty sofa at the lobby. Once we were in the room, there were very little toiletries, we had to buy towel. Then when I was in the middle of my shower, the electricity went off. Air con was not cold at all. We booked for 2 nights, but then checked out after one because we just simply couldn't stand staying there anymore. It was a really awful experience.

Good location , ac its not cold and waterheater is only hot 5 minutes”
The location its very good . I was booked deluxe room but the AC its was not cold and the water heater was not hot. I tried asking the receptionist and he said all the rooms were like that because of the end of the month. if the beginning of the new month is under maintenance the cool air conditioner. so the conclusion if you want to stay at this hotel you must be the beginning of the month 😅
