The water heater in room 113 need to improve, its not working at all, otherwise I’m satisfied with the staff, ironing facilities shared, drinking water can be bought from reception. Aircond old but doing cooling job well.

room really spacious, family room with 2 double bed (king and queen size) and thr room still can fit 1 or 2 queen bed.. however tv not working, design was outdated but still okay acceptable. for family with elder maybe not suits bcause need to climb the stairs to get to room

+ cheaper price on weekdays (if no holidays occur). + located in the town centre. + places nearby with less than 100 metres: KFC, The Store Supermarket, Coolblog, Guardian, CIMB Bank, eateries shops and stalls. + sejadah provided for muslim. - it's a budget hotel with old building and old look interiors. - cleanliness just fine. - bedsheet, duvet, pillow cases and towels not so perfect but just ok to use 😅. - No facilities provided except water dispenser (outside rooms) but always empty. * Overall just fine for those who are not fussy and diva 😉.

An affordable stay”
This place is good for those who are looking for a budget stay mainly for solo travellers and couples but not recommended for families.. There are some small cockroaches in the room when i stayed here. Stayed here two times already but still unsatisfied with the roaches. Hope the hotel could overcome this issue.

Shower was not functioning”
Asked the employee to help to inform the technician on the shower but hmmm. So we have to bathe using the bidet! Shower water was too slow and no heat. Anyways hope they improve soon. Main facility for traveller is SHOWER!!!!
