This is nearby my company's office in Johor, some restaurants nearby. At night could be a bit quiet and no convenience stores nearby. Room was very clean and staff was very good.

Management also upgrade or do some maintenance check on each room. My bathroom after shower just like a small swimming pool. This is the third time. Last 2 months also the same issue happened in others rooms too.
