I have stayed in room number 105 and 107. The condition of room number 105 is very uncomfortable because the air conditioner does not work and the room feels so hot and there is no window for ventilation. in addition, the mattress sheets have yellowish and dirty spots. while for room number 107, the toilet is not clean. there is a lot of hair in the toilet hole. the area around the counter also feels hot and uncomfortable during the hotel check-in process.

1. In room facilities i.e iron/board, tooth brush /paste, coffee /tea, mini fridge, electric boiler not provided. 2. Bathroom bit run down, curtain rail hook were rusty. 3. No extension of late check-out later than 12noon, even though we've check in quite late because hotel will be shut after 12 noon..

During the holiday, me and my family go to melaka and stay at Hotel 906. This is the frist time that we stay at Hotel 906, during the check in i told my son this hotel got free breakfast. because he likes to eat hotel food so he is excited about the breakfast. When we went up to the room my son siad: wah!! got elavator one ah!!! My son was suprise because he siad alot of hotels dont have elavator except for the hotels that are 10 floors above.

Trip to Malacca ”
We stayed there for 1 night. As the hotel is near the city centre, we only need to walk for about 10 minutes to the town. All the historical buildings, museums, as well as the shopping mall are within walking distance. The room is in clean and good condition. The staffs are friendly and helpful. Most of the necessities are there, the hot shower, towels, toiletries are provided. Overall, we are satisfied with Hotel Ninety Six Melaka Raya.

Nice comfortable stay with adequate facilities in the room and value for money. Location is centrally placed in Malacca Town, within walking distance to shopping centress and with many good restaurants all over. Those who drive will be happy to know that the car park is just across the hotel and well guarded by hotel security. Breakfast is decent and they have a karaoke lounge just next door. Wifi is provided free in the room. Good value for the accommodation which is comfortable and clean. Most important, the hotel is secured too.

Hotel 906”
It was quite easy to find the hotel. Upon reaching the hotel, it is pleasant to see it is exactly how it looked like in the pictures. We checked in about 12.30 pm which was kinda of early but no troubles with the hotel on that. The hotel consist of 4 storeys - Ground floor and 1,2,3 for the rooms. Our rooms were located on the 1st floor. Apparently, there are 2 sides which the rooms can face. 1 version of the room will face the big canal and the other version will face the road. Our room was facing the canal, probably the next time would request for rooms facing the road. Not a big issue though. The room is clean, tidy, pleasant looking, everything looks new and no funny unpleasant smell. It is exactly how it looks like in the pictures. Only thing is quite noisy at night. There is apparently a disco somewhere near the hotel. So with the lousy noise insulation, probably you can feel the music. Because its a small room, the bed is quite near to the door, you can hear whatever noise there is outside. There is free breakfast included, but seriously don't bother to eat it. I rather drive down to Jonker walk to have wanton mee, chicken rice balls or Assam laksa. If you are driving there, parking is easy. The hotel has their own parking lot. I will stay there again if i am going back to Melaka.

Best Deal in Melaka”
The hotel is brand new, relatively spacious and staff was very friendly. It is located pretty close to the all the tourist areas. The price is very cheap relative to other hotels with similar room/service. The only negative aspect is that the hotel is hidden away from the main street so took sometime for us to find it the first time. However, the people working in the stores along the street are very friendly and will direct you to the right location.

The family room is really clean and tidy. very convinient walk to Melaka Town. Specially recommended for family trip with elder because lift available. The breakfast is included in your hotel stay, although is not high end breakfast but value back for your money for simple good and healthy breakfast. will stay again if come to Melaka next time.

Nice and Cheap!”
The standard room may be small but is decent enough to stay over for a night or two. Decorations in the room are simple and eyes-comforting. Most importantly, the air conditioner is superbly strong and cold for a hot weather place like Melaka. Also, they have good breakfast especially their nasi lemak! Overall, it is a good experience and I would recommend this hotel to those who are on a tight budget but still want a comfortable place to stay.

Good location and value for money”
I had a 2 days 1 night stay in the hotel with my mother and younger brother. The location is very good, and they provide car park for the customers (which is a very good point). They have free wifi for each room so it's very convenient for me to online in the room! Their staff are very friendly and helpful at all time. A little drawback about the room is there is no window in the room. And the aircond is rather weak. Overall this is a very good hotel and I will come back again if I happen to visit Malacca in future :)

Clean hotel, nice breakfast”
Hotel located about 20 min walk from Old Melacca, but it is not that far, on the other hand it is in the middle between Old Melacca and Portuguese settlement (definitely worth seeing. Rooms bigger than in other similar hotels in that price range in Malaysia, definitely comparatively clean, good breakfast (more than continental staple).
