This hotel is quiet and very clean! The staff is friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable! They offered helpful suggestions during our stay. This staff even did an amazing job of preparing and cooking our seafood we purchased at the Market ! I highly recommend staying at Pacific Beach Resort during your stay in Phan Thiet! You will not be disappointed 😊

Great location n central ; easy convenient to everywhere in Mui Ne; the staff help to book Bus to DaLat but some miscommunication take wrong bus; all staff were Helpful and escort me to chase the designated Bus on time with no hope for monetary finacial; Thumbs Up to the Parking Guy and Reception who made this happen

Quite an unusual stay for me... I was given a room with a superb view (ocean balcony and pool-facing window), however the first thing the staff needed to do was mop up the water covering half the floor -- and it was not a one-time problem. High winds and rain blew water under the balcony door, and the ceiling leaked over the other window. There were also a number of the usual tiny ants that are pretty much endemic to hotels in Vietnam. No complaints about the staff; they tried their best to satisfy. The environment is lovely, too, with a nice-sized swimming pool and the ocean at your doorstep. I'll likely seek other lodging in the future, but I don't regret the stay, and the price was hard to match (post-Covid, May, 2022).

Definitely not a place for expats during holidays”
We went for New year holidays as we couldnt find anything else in Nguyen Dinh Chieu St. and the resort was packed. We ordered three rooms (same-sea view) but we got two small room right in front of the sea and the one huge room with pool view. this was not communicated before. Hotel staff can barely speak English, but still they were helpful though. The breakfast was a disaster, not organized, waste everywhere, no spoon (come on i had search for it during my entire stay). food nearly done even an hour before they close. But I think this is a Vnese paradise because i even saw vnese grilling meat on the resort lawn. Anyways we had our share of fun by having a great sunset view but for that, you need to take room V4, no other room can give you that view (we were lucky).

very nice resort hotel in a great location. Close to tour offices to book a tour of sand dunes, across the road the best kebab shop ever, Must try! right on the beach and very big pool outside. I dont like to leave negative reviews but word of warning if it is raining do not leave valuable items on the floor as the rain may leak into the room like it did to ours but it was during a giant storm which seems rare for Mui Ne but staff were amazing cleaning it up and stopping it from happening again.

There are so many bugs”
There were so many ants in the room that they crawled into my suitcase. The bathroom smelled bad and cockroaches were found. Even if the door was locked, turning the handle strongly once or twice would open the door, and we were surprised to find that someone else opened the door and found us. I never recommend this hotel.

It was Okayish for the price”
Resort is beautiful and good view from the back side with beach access but ocean water was muddy so couldn’t dare to go inside. Ocean water reaches to the end of the hotel building so won’t be possible to take a walk along the beachside too. Pool was nice but breakfast was really sad with very limited options. We had to go to another restaurant for the brunch after checkout. There is a pandora restaurant opposite to the resort which serves the best doner kebabs so must try. Overall, you can stay for a night if you can’t find other options but the whole lane is full of resorts to give them a try.

A nice hotel- loud karaoke ”
We enjoyed our stay here- nice staff, lovely swimming pool and it’s location isn’t bad. It is worth checking if they have any big groups in or karaoke on as it’s very loud and although stops at 10pm, the general noise of the bar outside our window went on for longer. They also carried on the karaoke the next morning at 9am! Once the big group left that day our subsequent days were lovely and peaceful.
