Comfort and Nice”

Comfortable and nice stay. Artwork in the public area is displayed with style. Big Glass Wall at the end of hall way gives the good view of Khong River. The hotel restaurant serves good food at the reasonable price.

Okay”

The hotel is not located near Khong river but its name seems to be like that. One of reasons I was booking the rooms because I thought the hotel is near Khong River.

Too far from town, noisy with tour groups”

I stayed here when other hotels were full. It's too far out of Nakhon Phanom for any in-town sightseeing or for enjoying the waterfront. There were 2 big tour buses there, and those guests were up and noisy at 5 am. The breakfast was a mix of Asian and western, and was stone cold even when it opened at 7 am. The room was large and comfortable, but with no window.

Good Value of money Large Room ”

Convenient to get around. Value of money. Bed is not that soft, but ok. Large room.

Big room and big space...nice and clean...if you're hungry you can order foods directly from hotel”

Absolute rubbish ”

Room, was very dirty. The bed was so hard, it was like trying to sleep on granite. The staff were not friendly when complaining about certain things. Breakfast was awful. Cheap and nasty. TV was so small, I had to have binoculars from the bed to be able to watch it. No bi-lingual facility to change to English. This hotel is no where near a 3 star. I would rate it 1 star and that's being generous.

ห้องกว้าง แอร์เย็น ไกลจากเมืองออกมาประมาณ 5-6 กิโล แถวๆนั้นไม่มีอะไรเลย อาหารเช้าไม่อร่อย ไม่มีน้ำผลไม้ มีแต่น้ำเปล่า โอวัลติน กาแฟ ขนมปัง อาหารจะจัดมาเป็นชุด เช่นข้าวต้มกับข้าวผัด ไข่ดาว ไส้กรอก หรืออีกวันนึงจะเป็น ไข่กระทะกับก๋วยจั๊บญวน ห้องน้ำกว้างแต่ไม่มีหมวกคลุมผม น้ำอุ่นร้อนๆเย็นๆ ปรับสุดก็ไม่ร้อน ต้องกะเอา ถ้าอากาศหนาวกว่านี้จะอาบน้ำลำบาก ดึกๆถ้าหิวจะมีร้านอาหารแถวโรงแรม Siam Grandที่ใกล้ที่สุดคือข้างสยาม อาหารอร่อยมีที่พักด้วยซึ่งน่าจะดีกว่า ราคาก็ถูกกว่า ไม่อย่างนั้นก็แนะนำให้นอนในเมืองหรือตรงริมน้ำจะคึกคัก ร้านอาหารเยอะ

หลังจาก Check in เข้าพัก แขกข้างห้องมีเด็กเล็ก เล่นเสียงดังรบกวน จึงขอเปลี่ยนห้อง ทางโรงแรมก็ยินดีที่จะเปลี่ยนให้ ตามคำขอ
