Very small swimming pool,poor air condition and same breakfast daily. Most of the dishes are vietnamese food with no labels.Otherwise the hotel is good to stay as it is nearby beach and nha thrang night market and other attractions.

Old, overpriced and deceitful hotel ”
I booked a Seaview balcony Double room and I was given a room on the first floor. All I could see were electric cables and a tree. The street is terribly noisy. Couldn’t sleep the all night. The old wooden doors don’t even close properly. The lady receptionist was rude and refuse to move me although Agoda was still selling rooms. The next day a male receptionist was nicer and moved me to a higher floor. Most rooms have a very partial Seaview if seeing a bit of water at the end of the street is called Seaview. At almost 60AUD it was a waste of money. The breakfast was very average and the staff was sleepy. I rarely complain but on this occasion I will. You can do much better somewhere else.

Very near the beach. Only 2 minutes walking to the main beach. Near the central square and Tram Huong Tower. The room is clean and the bed sheets are all new and white cleaned. The buffet is diversity, hot cooked and tasty. The staffs are all cheerful and friendly. The room we stayed has big balcony and look over the sea view. In all, we were very happy staying in Palm Beach hotel. The price is cheap and standard. Recommended staying here.

Great bass for Nha Trang- no view from room but we wanted a balcony and pool view for a change. TJ across street great for bookings and one of few honest ones we meet . Enjoy - it's a nice town .

It's 30m to the 6km beautiful beach where you can stroll in the morning and evening and watch the beautiful night scene. For meals, just opposite the road is a restaurant that won the Most Popular Vietnamese Food Restaurant 2017. And the most popular Mix Restaurant selling western food is just 100m away from the hotel. Rooms are spacious, staff friendly and price reasonable.

There are many good restaurants around the hotel. There are taxis passing the hotel all the time and you don't have to wait long. (There are two types : can seat 4 persons and another type can seat 6). The beach is just nearby. The hotel is selling tickets to Vinpearl Island (800,000VD/pax and we were given free taxi transfer to the jetty because we have 12 persons). Breakfast is good (very much better than other 3-star hotels)

Very noisy”
Were 'upgraded' from a superior queen room to a room with balcony overlooking pool. Due to courtyard design of hotel around pool every noise on every floor was amplified and rebounded straight into room. Especially bad from reception and pool area. So if you like sleep dont stay here. The included breakfast was terrible, there was rice about 2 dozen ways but fresh fruit was limited to one or two and refills of coffee, milk, toast, eggs had to be chased up. It was better going out and buying breakfast. The main lights in our room stopped working, were told twice they would be fixed but no one came, as we were leaving next day we became cave people for a day. Shower leaked all around toilet which was very unpleasant. Was clean and close to beach but wouldnt reccomend staying here and unless you enjoy sleep deprivation and skipping breakfast.

View great but smell terrible”
After seeing my deluxe room with a view, I checked out. The room is clean but in dire need of renovation. The photos on the internet were obviously taken when hotel opened , it has really aged since then. There was a musty smell too. The balcony was tiny and not even a chair to sit. there was a view of the ocean but through a small window. The girl on reception was very apologetic. Its a shame about the wear and tear of the hotel as the position is excellent. Pool is classified as outdoors but you can just see a bit of sky through the building, and not very inviting.

Good staff, so-so hotel”
I booked a room with listed details as bathtub, poolview and 1 big bed. It turned out to be an umbrella view from balcony, 2 single beds and no bathtub. The staff said that there was no bathtub for the room I booked and I told them somebody from this hotel confirmed me that there were bathtubs in all rooms. Im not sure if the person confirmed with me misunderstood between bathtub and bathroom. I got skin infection after my stay here so please consider when booking.

Disappointing, but not the worst.”
We have been travelling around Vietnam and have been happy with our reception at all of our hotels...until we arrived here. The reception staff were not very welcoming at all. They woke little English, and that's ok, we can deal with that, but a 'hello' and a smile in any language goes a long way. The room was ok.....until the next morning when I woke up with ants crawling all over our luggage (we had no food/water in them), and we had bites on us. I asked the reception for spray, and again I had to use google to explain (which is always interesting 😊) they did spray during the day. Don't even bother with the breakfast, it is not worth it, you get better on the street. Sorry, but I can't recommend.

The facilities of hotel was totally disappointed. water from toilet can leak to room, air con remote doesnt work,etc not even worth 10usd for that kind of room.
