We stayed for our final 4 nights in Vietnam. we could not fault staff food service or cleanliness of this resort. This was amazing as you could clearly see the resort would be closing in the near future unfortunately, but they maintained a high standard of service throughout our stay. I would definately recommend this resort and hope to return some day.

I contacted the hotel general manager requesting to have the same bungalow accommodation. He was more than happy to help me out. Throughout the duration of my stay, everything was just wonderful. Highly recommend this hotel.

I've stayed many times in this resort and I love it. The pool is amazing, the sea wonderful and they have good restaurants and great breakfast. Hoi An is near to reach by taxy and you can relax in the nature and by the sea. I strongly recommend it

The water in the toilet is murky yellow most of the time (!). The rest of thing were good. Great breakfast. A minor problem while checkin as they didn't notice this was booked via Agoda, luckily we came early so then (maybe) room still available. Super friendly staffs anyway.

Quiet location beside bustling Hoi An facing the East See just South of Da Nang. Staff was outstanding. Pool area is exceptional. Shuttle service to Hoi An was very well organized and regular. Breakfast was outstanding.

For the price that we were paying, we expected more in terms of the conditions of the facility and the food options. There was a 3 hr electricity outage between 2 -5 pm in the entire neighborhood; you'd expect a hotel such as this to have a functioning generator or UPS. The shower flooded due to the bad design in the floor tile, it's not slanted towards the drain. Otherwise, the staff are excellent, very courteous and very fast and we were very grateful for their kindness and help in all of our complaints. The pool is much, much smaller than expected, but the view is absolutely stellar.. almost unreal. I would go there again, but my expectations have certainly been tamed.
