Super Fast check-in, friendly and smiling staff/receptionist who actually prepared the room according to my needs (Indian girl, can't recall her name) when we arrived at about 3pm. Room were clean and loved the rain shower along with the hot water. Overall we had a very pleasant time staying. Just one cons though, the room door/walls are not very sound proof. We could hear people talking / closing doors outside the room clearly. But that's not really an issue that bothered us. Overall, for the price we paid, we enjoyed our stay and would strongly recommend to anyone who is looking to stay in a decent and clean hotel rooms. Car park was free but I doubt there will be enough parking place during peek holidays/weekend.

Pleasant stay”
Overall a pleasant stay and good housekeeping and bed maintenance. I would recommend this hotel and will definitely be back to chose this hotel for all my future trips to Ipoh Pros: • Ample car park at shop lot area. For those coming from different state will need Park@Perak App to pay for parking • There is lift and suitable for fmly with older adults as don't have to take stairs • Welcoming staff • Family Room with lounge was spacious and corner room • Minibar with free water and ipoh 3in1 white coffee • Aircon is centralized and got cool faster • Dark curtains kept room dark during a hot evening • Shower water pressure and bathroom amenities was in good condition • Towels was provided and clean • Bed and pillows was in clean condition and comfortable • I checked in slightly earlier than check in time and hotel staffs was accommodative • Had quite a number of lamps in the room give a nice ambience • Lobby is cozy and well maintained • Opposite distance to Aeon mall Farlim • 7 min drive to Ipoh city or town Cons: • The room could get noisy during full occupancy of the hotel rooms. I checked in Thurs so not many, there was another guest next door and I could hear people talking and closing opening doors and shower tap. • TV volume was purposely set to a reduced volume, probably to avoid noise. • Hair dryer auto offs every 1 min and will need to wait at least 3 minutes before it can be reused again. Unsure if it was program in such a way to prevent overheating • Ironing board and iron was provided but ironing board was in poor condition and iron had burnt stain • There's no wardrobe but has a iron rod with 6 hangers to hand clothes if needed • No fridge in room

One of the Best Choices”
15 mins driving distance from town. Quite a quiet place as well so you sleep rather well (without all the car noises). Reasonable cost. Has all the required facilities. Room (deluxe) is large enough and very clean. Hallway design is nice and wide. Room design needs extra complement as well (sufficient lighting, particularly right above mirror). Reception staffs are responsive and of good manner. Designated car park just in front of hotel.

Nice stay overall”
It's a nice stay at this hotel with a lovely Cafe in the hotel ground floor.. nice rooms , clean toilets, very helpful staff at front desk.. it's cheap in price, a good value money for the stay I had.. hotel has lift even though it's only 2 floors building.. overall had a peaceful and happy stay at this hotel.. very Satisfied & recommended.

New and clean hotel value for money ”
Staying here for the second time. Took the family deluxe room. Really big and clean room. Comfy bed . Theres a hidden bar on the ground floor which is a plus that serves rare beers. Will definitely stay again. Hope they can maintain this hotel as clean as it is now.

2nd time staying here. We enjoyed our stay. Overall was good. Clean room, toilet and rain shower. Just once cos, which is the sound proofing needs to be upgraded. We could hear everything from the next door room and they were super noisy and we had difficulty to sleep due to this noise. Hotel staff is friendly especially 'Jessica' if i remembered correctly. She is very friendly and remembered us and even prepared the same room that we last stayed for us. Thumbs up to Jessica!

Comfy, Worthy, Classy & Best”
The entire hotel and room was tastefully decorated. The bed was super comfy, the room was super spacious! They provide open air car park - very convenient. The location isn't in city centre but I don't mind the travel because the room is really worth it and affordable. It was a pity I only stayed one night here. They require a rm100 security deposit upon check in. I would definitely stay here again! Even my mom was very satisfied with the room. :)

Great Comfy, Strategic Quiet Stay ”
Took a long shot and after looking for the right hotel, I am pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Service was attentive, value for money, clean, comfy and spacious room through my 5 nights stay here. Just 10mins away from the town, it is a quiet place in Mengelembu among the industrial area and has the most beautiful sunset view from my room. Room had powerful rain shower, amazing bed with fluffy yet big double pillows. Daily complimentary water bottles, and clean towels. Good lighting across the room and are working well. The cafe downstairs too had a killer iced mocha and they accept all E-payments. Too bad the bar is closed due to RMCO otherwise would have considered to patronise their infamous cocktails. Plentiful of parking space and walking distance to AEON/AEON BIG mall.

Out of expectation - to the good side”
I choose this hotel because it is close to a restaurant for the wedding events I am about to attend. The hotel local is easily to reach, easily spotted from main road, plenty of car park in front of the hotel. I was warmly welcome by the staff, she is so friendly to help with the parking fee. The room is spacious and clean. Air cond is super cold, bed / pillow / blanket all nice and clean. Just one small issue, as my room was facing back of the hotel, there are chickens running around freely and they start the "alarm sound" from 4am plus....

Great value for money”
The room is very spacious and bed is very comfortable. Besides that the water pressure is strong enough and very nice for rain shower. There is many parking lot there so not to worried about the parking issue. The only thing that need to improve is the sound proof between the room, as we can hear the next door people talking and kid shouting in the morning. Even though is little bit far from Ipoh town, but it’s ok if you have car or call grab as it was only 10min drive to those famous eateries.

Stayed with parents here in nov 2021. Very clean room. Friendly staff . There is a AEON mall in walking distance, just opposite the hotel. So food is no issue here. Will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is more suitable for ppl that drive since it is around 10 minutes of driving from the town centre. The room is big and very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The shower will be the best thing in the room. The room is overall very good except that the sound proof is not really good as we can hear ppl talking from the room beside.
