Hotel quite clean, food quite create, staff very kind and helpful

Disrepair- aggressive guards”

The pool is lovely. Breakfast ok, French bread but only Vietnamese coffee. Probably due in part to COVID- property needs many repairs. Friend got shocked touching light switch, her bathroom pipes cane down on her. Landscaping stunning but weedy. Before Tet crowd friends joined us on beach chairs and guard had angry tantrum. Later, friend went into empty pool- another big drama while we had been welcomed at other resorts. Both friend and I were spoken to by guards unpleasantly returning in from main gate. Couldn't speak Vietnamese so just ignored them. My room had an open but barred window high in bathroom. Some kind of workshop behind it- voices and noises. Rooms ok but decor is tacky- circa 1970s at a guess.

We stayed in this hotel at the beginning of May. The main factor made us decide to book a room in this hotel was the wide beach and secondly because they accept little dogs, no more than 16 kilos....(???). Unfortunately the structure is quite dated and bad maintened, clean service failing and situated in the russian zone where every service is targeted fot them. Lots of local families with crying children. Price cheap.

Nice view and good location but...”

We booked ground floor but room assignment at basement even we hv kid with a trolley. Room got mosquito and facilities so cheap with old towel, tv channel for Russian only and breakfast so poor compare rate $US10/pax...but staffs are so friendly. Will come back if maintain well.

Nice beach area, avoid the villas. ”

Overall pretty good. Lots of beach unlike some places farther up the coast. Although the staff thought my girlfriend was a , so there's that.

Expensive, but cheap”

This place is not worth the price: poorly maintained rooms (mound on ceiling, little hot water, low pressure water, no “Do not Disturb” sign, etc) and facilities, poorly trained staff (barge into the room despite being told “No!”, false claims of damage and theft, kicked off the beach before being asked who we were, etc), poor breakfast (cold food, cordial instead of juice, but marked as juice, little choices, etc), poor booking response (emailed us saying booking not accepted, when it turned out to be fine), etc. Not worth half the price; we were charged US$70++/room/night.

Everything is fine, that will be better if they could provide WIFI service in the room, not only in the lobby or swimming pool.

It's cost more than its value! I will never stop by this resort again. I also will never introduce to my friends about this hotel due to poor services. The accommodation in house are almost very old. Breakfast is terrible

not worth for money, unfriendly receptionist”

My group were my mom, sister, me and my husband, also with a driver. Unfortunately, they don't have a room for driver so I accecepted to pay for extra bed. The bad things were they didn't look at our case to arrange rooms approriately, how can 2 men stayed together with double bed and even they didn't provide an extra bed as I paid. They said they upgraded one of my rooms to big room with 2 beds. Now let's see that we had 2 rooms, one was double room and one twin room for 2 males and 3 females, no extra bed provided. Even I asked them to look into this case and arranged it once again they only said it's our policy. Wtf stupid receptionist. It costed $90/double room and $95/twin room. Then the air condioner was out of date, didn't work even after their technician came to fix. Inside the room is too old, smell and not security while another room has got been stolen. I saw the police came. The room key is the classic one, but if you lost it, you must compensate for $20. Breakfast was terrible, only a few dishes and taste badly. Completely not worth for the money at this resort

I ask for iron in room, they accepted through agoda. When I came, they said they had no iron in room while iron is noted in facilities item on Website. Old room, breakfast is bad

Bad service mind of receptionist, terrible breakfast, old inside room with bad smell, look dark and not good security with old style room key, air condioner did'nt work well. Too hot and uncomfortable. Old equipment as well

Theres a super nice beach”

Most of the notice is written in Vietnamese and no english translation. Room was not as clean as a hotel, old bed, aged toilet, door that was not so easy to lock/unlock. Quite expensive in general.

Le personnel est la vitrine de l’hotel , si on est bien on revient, sinon on change d’hôtel ,et on a le choix ,maintenant beaucoup de nouveaux hôtels .

Bei einem Preis von 35€ für das Zimmer gehe ich lieber in das viel schönere Saigon Mui Ne Resort, nur der Pool ist hier besser, die bunten Farben der Gebäude fanden wir auch schrecklich, die Zimmer waren in Ordnung.

受付の対応が非常に感じ悪かった。レストランの案内もなく鍵だけ渡してくれただけだった。部屋の鍵はドアの建て付けが悪く隙間だらけで鍵がかけにくい。ベッドのシーツも湿気ていてagodaの予約だからあまり使ってない部屋に案内したの？って感じがしました。
