Perfect location for the town and obtained parking voucher from Lee with map of disc parking zone, (£5 for 4 days) I was able to move my car outside later as cars come and go around the area. My room was comfortable and warm which this time of year is essential. Single room is larger than most that I come across in this type of property, even has small sitting area. Private original Victorian bathroom with a bath longer than I am tall to relax in. The bathroom is only for the use of the single room and there where a choice of two toilets to use. Very good value for money .

A perfect long weekend stay in Whitby”

The owners Lee and Andrew are excellent hosts. We were made to feel very welcome. The B&B was very comfortable. The room was clean and very spacious. They had made a tremendous effort to minimise the disruption that COVID has caused, whilst also providing a safe environment in which to stay. The B&B is a short walk from the town centre, so an excellent location to leave the car; and forget about it for the duration of the stay. I would highly recommend Pannett house to anybody looking for a place to stay in Whitby. We will certainly look at stating here again in future.

Lovely, lovely stay!”

We had such a lovely stay at Pannett House.The location was perfect, central to everything. The room was clean and well provided with essentials and hand sanitisers were everywhere . There was a wide selection for breakfast and the English breakfast was really full on and proper. It fills you up the whole day! Lee was such a very welcoming host, very engaging and just superb! Pannett House is in a great location for pubs, restaurants, the sea front and the Abbey. Pannett House is a really clean, smart and friendly place to stay, the rooms are well equipped and the bed was super comfy, the proprietor serves up and awesome breakfast with something to suit all diets. 5***** guest house!!

Breakfast was phenomenal with huge choice and delicious home made Greek fruit Joghurt, all served with friendliness. Also the property was beautifully furnished with many personal touches. Everything was super clean.

If your looking for a beautiful B and B nestled right in the heart of Whitby, a moments walk from the shops, restaurants, bars and the sea...look no further! We had a wonderful 2 night stay at Pannett Guesthouse and Lee our host couldn’t have been more accommodating. The breakfast was lovely and filled us up before a long day of sea fishing. Absolutely value for money! Thank you for a fabulous stay 😊

Room was very spacious and clean the hosts were very helpful and sent a text for arrival time so we would have a parking space.Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.
