Pao is really amazing and the hotel is so pretty! Room is spacious and the facilities are great! Lots of varieties for buffet breakfast. And their ala-carte menu is great! I’ve tried the hotpot there and it was so comforting and very big portion for 2 persons. Tried their massage, and it is great too! Special thanks to the front office team. They are so approachable and willing to help whenever they can. When i need assistance for personal matters (you know, ladies issues), the female staff is willing to help in getting the item you need. Greatly appreciated for this! (Sorry, I didn’t get her name. Is the lady in spects) Special thanks to Lieu, the Assistant front office manager, who have been so kind to us! Very approachable and always ready to help and provide good advices:) Overall, I’m glad to choose the right hotel to stay in Sapa. Must stay Hotel in Sapa”
I have stayed in this hotel for 2 nights, regret not stay longer. The Hotel has swiping view of the valley, you can see cat cat village from hotel. The amenities there is top notch, huge heated pool with valley view, exercise room, free shutter to city even it is walking distance, giant breakfast buffet with different selection daily. It is just incredible experience. Staffs are super friendly and helpful. If you keep checking on Agoda.com and you go there during the weekday, the price is a steal if the arrival date is right. You won't regret staying there.

Amazing views and facilities”
Amazing buffet breakfast spread which were different for both days, luxurious and spacious room with bay window and balcony and great view. Housekeeping kept the room very clean and refreshed despite some dirt brought in from our treks. Welcome tea and great view even in common areas (e.g. lobby lounge). WiFi quality was very stable - a good remote working location. Pool was quite big and had a good view, but could get noisy quickly especially since it is indoors. Some specific things could be better: For example, the shampoo quality could be improved (needed a whole bottle for one shower). The team could also be more responsive to our queries before arrival to ensure smooth arrival at the hotel - we ended up walking down to the hotel in a light drizzle due to uncertainty of shuttle arrival after waiting at sapa church for the shuttle for 20 min. Our experience could also be better if the reception team took more initiative to warmly greet and welcome guests into the hotel and check in if things are ok, given that it's a five-star hotel. Nonetheless, overall we had a great stay! Worth it for the price we paid! :)

The absolute best space and view of the whole valley”
Fantastic Hotel to live your Sapa adventures. The staff was out of this world; Lieu and Le from reception were just amazing. I cannot say enough good things about this place; the breakfast was epic, the view a dream. Perfect facilities and a free shuttle for you to move around. The ONLY feedback is that they aren't very strict on the schedule, also the garden of the room had some construction debris left, yet it was very nice.

We went through good and bad reviews about this hotel before we booked our stay here. Ultimately, we decided to try it because we loved the view from the room and the big bathtub shown in their images. We were so impressed when we arrived at Pao's hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable, much better than we saw in the images. We both love the actual view from the room as well as the bathtub. The only little thing we feel that could make it perfect is the divider at the balcony can be done in a more private type so that we need not worry about the next room resident can see across our room. Other than that, the room was perfect. And we love it and miss it even though we are back in Singapore. Their breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. The food was lovely too! The restaurant manager made us cappuccinos on the first day and Vietnamese coffee on the second day. The staff and manager were friendly. Maybe due to the high volume during our stay, we found the restaurant table a bit dirty after the previous dinners used it, and the staff was slow in keeping it clean. It would be perfect if the restaurant manager can also make sure at all times the tables are clean and ready. The front desk staff is friendly. Well, converse in English. We felt that they did put in a lot of effort in making sure their team was able to communicate well in English since there are some reviews online that mentioned that they are not able to converse in English. We are here to emphasize to the traveler who is considering Pao's as your hotel in SAPA and worries about communication, and please rest assured that they are now much better. We also want to mention 2 of the staff in this hotel that made our trip to SAPA pleasant and memorable. Spent 2 glorious nights 0visting Pao's Sapa Leisure Hotel with my son in Nov 2022. Its location overlooking the Muong Hoa Valley is unbeatable, with grand vistas of misty valleys and mysterious mountains. From purgatory to absolute enjoyment ”
The beginning of my stay was a bit bumpy (I won’t get into details) but their managers and staffs (Thuy) are able to turn it around. They do listen, apologize and try their utmosts to find a solution. The staff was very very helpful and nice. Assisted us with communicating with the driver to retrieve something important that we left behind. Hotel provides shuttle bus to the Sapa centre every 2hrs and that saves some walking time.

Excellent hospitality and location”
Pao's was a great choice for 2 reasons - it sits outside town just enough for you enjoy a good valley view, yet also close enough to town to walk to-fro and also to acquire transport. The hospitality of staff was also amazing - Katie went out of her way to ensure we had a great experience, gave us great recommendations and always arranged things such that we were comfortable throughout. Definitely staying here again if I were to return to Sapa!

Hotel good, staffs helpful, location wise it depends..”
The hotel room was clean and spacious - they upgraded my room for free. The staffs were helpful. Location wise - it's a good location for scenery but not ideal during winter because it will be very foggy - thick fog & no scenery - I can say for Dec but not sure which other months are also foggy, do some googling. If you like to roam around the town center frequently this hotel may not be ideal - there is no pedestrian path from hotel to the town center - if you decide to walk to town center you will be walking on vehicle roads most of the time - many vehicles passing - dangerous if at night. But you can pay for a buggy though.

Simply stunning”
This place was fantastic from start to finish. We were met straight out of the taxi by Mr Thang who is the assistant manager and he cared for us throughout the whole stay, making sure we were happy and comfortable. It was my girlfriends birthday and he arranged a birthday surprise in the room for us which was stunning. The staff, location and the value for money were just perfect! Rooms has a panorama view of mountain”
This hotel is located a bit far from the center but it is worth to stay as it offers quiet that is best for honey moon and family staying. It also has a gym and a warm swimming pool. Waling distance to the center is about 15 minutes which is actually good for a short exercise. if you dont want to walk, you can also ask for electric shuttle car, which is free.

I received exceptional service from Ms Thanh ( front desk ) from the time of my query to the booking and finally when I arrived at the hotel. Ms Thanh was able to provide assistance to my requests on the arrangements like hotel transfers and itineraries provided by the hotel. Throughout the stay she also checked and ensured that my family and I were alright and also reached our destinations safely. Thank you Ms Thanh for being such a wonderful and warm staff!! I’ve had a great vacation in Sapa. Thanks Pao’s Sapa Hotel for taking care of me and my daughter. I would like to recommend everyone to book Premium or Hmong Suite room. They have beautiful bathtub and view to relax and chill. The hotel has stunning view of Muong Hoa valley. Friendly staffs, nice room, good local food especial “Thang Co hotpot”, ‘Black Hmong chicken with local herb”. Best rate for 5* hotel and service. Definitely I will comeback.
