A 5 Star service from 3 Star hotel exceeded my expectations”
I didn't think much of this hotel actually but after reading other reviews, what others have said about this place is true. Staff: Courteous, professional, speaks clear English and were super helpful in providing useful guides for a first time traveler to Vietnam. They also assisted in hailing a proper taxi for us when we needed it. When there was an issue with the AC, they fixed it ASAP. It wasn't a big deal actually. More like we wanted to change the temperature but the remote wasn't working well. It took a mere few seconds to sort it out. Food: For a 3 star hotel, the food met expectations. It wasn't grand but was tasty, fresh and delicious. I didn't expect frills so the food was a lot simpler. The good part is that you don't waste on food. The buffet spread may look minimal but there are eggs dishes and also pho that you can order on request for free if you booked the room with breakfast buffet. Room is clean and nice but a bit cramped. Other than that.. EXCELLENT!

This hotel is in a very good location and the bed is wonderful, very comfortable. Rooms and Bathroom are very clean. Staff is like a family kind of friendly. Breakfast was also very nice! Overall is a 10/10 which there is nothing I didn't like.

Amazing stay at this hotel . The staff is so friendly and welcoming . Always helped us with everything . Kept our luggage for 2 days , let us wait in the hotel to our bus to sapa . The room is very clean , nice ac and a good breakfast.

It's a really good deal for this price: - a big balcony with a nice view and a table+chair. It is so nice to have a morning coffee or a late night drink on the balcony. - super friendly staff, helped me a lot during my stay. Thanks a lot to them. - nice bright rooms. - prime location. Near the famous “ beer corner” ! They arrange free walking tour wirh kicak students! A great way to break you into this hectic city. They take you to all best attractions ! Cheap to get into average £1 a time! Made our stay ! Bredkfast fine and sufficient choices to suite all ! Great stay here !

The staff were very obliging, helpful and honest. This hotel was everything and more than it promised. Right on the Old Quarter, but an oasis as soon as we walked through the door during the day and night- from the hussle, bustle and traffic of Hanoi. Many thanks again to Jason and his great team.

The staff was very friendly and cooperative. My pick up for Ha Long Bay got preponed and they quickly packed our breakfast, since we couldn't have it. The location is good. The room size is decent though it looked bigger in the pictures posted on the website. I suppose that the case with all hotels. I found their items kept in the room fridge slightly overpriced.

Great Location”
Overall our stay was very good. I would say that the room seemed a little dated but it was clean and the AC worked well. We found the mattress too firm but the staff responded quickly with s topper to soften it up a bit. The staff was the highlight; they were helpful and offered a lot of insight into our visit in Hanoi.

found the perfect place in the Old Quarter. . $25 RT from airport. hanoitransfer.net Short walk to all the craziness. Simple but clean room with a tub. Decent Breakfast buffet. Linda and front desk was the best. Just a nice caring helpful person. Will be back , when have more time.

Staff was excellent! They went out of their way to assist us. Clean hotel and right in the midst of old Hanoi (old Hanoi) the tourist district. Easy walk to the lake and all the interesting areas. Breakfast was delicious with the fruit selection outstanding! Will definitely stay there again.

Every staff member we interacted with was the most polite and helpful they could possibly be! They arranged a minivan taxi to take us to the airport early in the morning and prepared to go breakfasts for all of us. I cannot recommend this place enough.
