spacious, great value”
we opted for the 2 bedroom. it was clean, spacious and had nice views. the location was down a road thats still being constructed so the cab driver would not drive us down so we had to lug our suitcases all the way there, wasnt too far except that it was raining. Staff was helpful as soon as we got to the door and they saw us. Quick check -in. room was clean, separate lounge with balcony great for families

Great Friendly Staff!”
We arrived right before the New Year's and the hotel was fully booked. The room we were given had a bad smell coming from the bathroom. We complained and they gave us a new room but it too had some problems. I can't say that I totally blame them as we booked the least expensive room and the hotel was so busy during this time. A day later when the hotel was less busy they were nice enough enough to upgrade us at no extra charge to one of their most popular rooms overlooking the ocean. It was their honeymoon suite. During our stay we had gotten sick and they let us stay in the room until we were feeling better to leave. The hotel staff really cared for our welfare while we were ill. They also helped arrange transfers when leaving which meant a lot to us.

It was nice studio room with kitchen ,good place to stay if you need to cook for your small kids. Breakfast is ok , but not tasty However, the pool and gym are just not real ones for use. They are there , but not in usable condition The location is close to beach and local supermarkets to buy some fruits

Terrible staff. Tried to keep my passport and when I refused they made me pay 100 dollars cash, despite having paid in full upon booking. Decent location but not very clean, room falling apart and incredibly small.

Multi culture hotel”
Locates in a small alley on the main beach street of Nha Trang. You will find it's very convenient to walk around the beach and other area. The staffs are well-trained, they can speak Russian,English and Chinese. The cleaning room service is excellent or should i say they are too clean. I stayed here for 3 nights in Apartment Room (16th floor) which have a nice view. They also have a roof top pool that gave a good feeling for sunbath or watching the ocean scenery.

The Hotel staff are extremly friendly Changed my room no problem Rooms are big good aircon big bathroom with shower and lockable safe fridge and nice bed and bedding. Good variable breakfast Nice view from swimming pool Just walk over the main road to beach for swim. Arranged a taxi for me back to airport very early 05H00 no problem at VND300000 ,much less trouble to get to the airport bus which is cheaper but better back to airport with the taxi, to arrive nice and early for departure flight. If I visit Nha Trang again this will again be my Hotel of choice to stay in.

Reception desk is good. they are smart and fast and friendly. Price is very competetive.(the price is cheep to think about their service. i am not familiar with "Tip money" but when i awake i gave my wallet......) Location is close to club and mart and central beach and main road and delicusis. Room is always clearn. They took care of my luggage after check_out and gave me shower place on the top loof. Best hotel of natrang is paris hotel.

We are a couple from Singapore, traveled in a peak time & hotel was quite busy. At first the hotel accidentally put us in a twin bed instead of king bed as reserved. However as soon as they realized that, Mr. Long Front Office Manager there did correct it and it's really nice of him to upgrade us to sea view apartment 1 king bed room. Room is clean, spacious and well equipped with kitchenette, washing machine... We were really happy and appreciate Mr. Long for his effort to make our vacation perfect. During our stay, Mr. Long always show kindness and thoughtfulness and give us his best support to our requests. He is a truly great manager and a valuable asset of the hotel. For sure, we will come back next trip! Tips: Highly recommend to book in an apartment. Hotel's location is right in the center, very convenient. The staff there is very friendly too

receptionists were unbelievably great! They advised us some tourist attractions, unfortunately we could not visit them all as we have limited time in Nha Trang. Lots of choices for your breakfast (love that fact)!!! Excellent facilities with a perfect room!

Noisiest stay in Vietnam”
Here is a summary of our stay at the Paris Nha Trang Hotel: Cons: *horrible toilet smell in bathroom *woken up everyday at 5.30am from restaurant noise. Do not stay above the restaurant/kitchen. We were on level 2. (restaurant is on the first level). *Construction noise from the hotel staff throughout the day including drilling and sawing next door to us. *Noisy construction next door. The rooftop pool is unusable due to their being falling debris from the construction site. *hot water would take 20 mins to warm. On the last 2 days of our stay, the hot water stopped working completely and it was suggested that we use hot water from the kettle to shower. * the TV in our room was fuzzy on some channels (sports) *breakfast was average (no thought put into the food) restaurant staff wouldn’t even smile and were just doing their jobs cause they had to. Pro”s: * Great and friendly front of house staff (very helpful) other than the restaurant. Would I stay here again? No, our stay was very disappointing due to all the noises that occurred throughout the night/day. Staff were delightful to deal with although this doesn’t out way all the cons.

They are friendly, willing to support some things even we already checked out. There were a small issue with the air-conditional in my room, but after I reported, they fixed it immediately. If I need to go back to Nha Trang, I will select this hotel again.

Good deal near the beach”
Decent hotel with a good staff. Some on the staff are very friendly and helpful. Pool on roof has amazing views, but isn’t very big. Only six lounge chairs, but I never saw more than half being used. Short walk to the main bar/restaurant area of town. Pros: good location near the city center but without the noise, right across the street from the beach, very polite staff upgraded our room after the complaint about the noise. Very cheap convenience store right next door, and many places to eat nearby. Cons: construction nearby (but not a huge concern), paper thin doors (noisy neighbors the first two days caused us to wake up much earlier than we wanted to), breakfast spread is large, but not a lot good and it runs out towards the end. Short 50 meter walk to the beach. You can get beach towels from reception and rent lounge chairs under umbrellas for 30k-60k VND for the day.

Location & Room”
Excellent location as the airport bus stops nearby the hotel. Each person paid 50,000 VND. We stayed in the 16th floors with 2 rooms apartment type with washing machine and cooking facilities. The water pressure in the showers is not stable and have to be careful when you climb over the bathtub which is very high & slippery.

The hotel offered a good quality accommodation whereas the staffs' language ability should be improved, for we encountered the language gap especially conversation with the staffs in English and what's more, when we were check-out, we were told that there were three air-conditioners remote in the rooms but actually we just got TWO!!! On was in the living room, the other was in one of the bedroom. So, there is no remote in one of the bedroom!!!! During the night we stayed we always turned on the air-conditioner with the other two remotes, so as soon as we were told the remotes were gone, I was so stunned!!!

Never in my life”
My name is Ari I am 63 a world traveler. Never before I experienced so many good things in one Hotel. we purchased fruits outside the hotel immediately they offered us to cut the fruits for us and in 5 minutes someone was at the door giving us the plate.In the last day We left at 5 AM so we missed the 6 AM breakfast buffet which was great every time, to our great surprise the Hotel gave us a plastic bag full of food and this without even telling them about this issue. Very Enjoyable Stay”
We got this hotel on special, so it was a real bargain at the price we paid. I might feel differently if I'd paid full price. However, it was a very comfortable stay, pleasant-enough breakfast included, and the beach right over the road. It was a little tricky to find (it's located in a side-alley off the esplanade) but the moto-parking was under the building which was great. It was a little further from the main restaurant area than some of the hotels, but no more than a ten minute walk. Recommended.

Great Proximity to the beach”
It's a great hotel, over-looking the beach when you are in the pool. Walking distance to a nice n clean beach. Hotel staff were very polite and ready to assist (if we needed help with anything). Large buffet breakfast was great. The double room that we stayed in was comfortable and clean.
