Amazing rooms”
I have been twice to Pariya and really love their comfortable, spacious, hexagonal rooms and their comfy beds. For these who need to rest in silence away from the party scene, no problem at all

Paradise holiday ”
We loved our stay, staff were friendly, helpful and accommodating, we would stay there again for sure. The hotel/room is abit run down and can do with some renovations but the lovely staff , really cozy communal chill out spots by the pool and location right on the beach make up for it.

Lovely place on lovely part of Koh Phangan ”
It’s great if you want to be near centre of parties (when they are on at the weekend), yet quiet. Or when the parties are not on

An enjoyable reprieve ”
I really enjoyed my stay at Haad Yuan. The rooms at Pariya were spacious and comfortable, the staff was great, the breakfasts were simple but filling, and the beach is great. Make sure to hit up all three beaches during your stay.

Beautiful beach”
Beautiful beach, great helpful staff but very remote with absurd taxiboat prices!! The boatmen really asks you for atleast 1-2000 thb for a 5 minute ride to the pier. It’s insane!

Disappointing experience”
I was a guest in this hotel 8 years ago and that is why I reserved it again. However, the experience this time was bad. Unfortunately, the overall quality of the hotel has deteriorated considerably. To mention few aspects: The room I was assigned to was outdated and there was no light/power for several hours, the bathroom and other facilities of the hotel were not painted/outdated as well, etc. Before, there was also a spa but now this service is closed. The pictures presented in the web page must be from many years ago.

Extra boat trip of 2000 Bath one way.”
You need to take an extra boat trip to the island because its a private island. Its sounds good but its not. It is really expensive you pay to much. Because they know you need to have the boat to come there. The hotel breakfast is terrible and the swimmingpool and Beach are really nice. The Beach and pool look nice with the Palm trees en everything

Desolate location, sad version of the actual photos”
Preface: The only reason to come here is for their trance parties they have at night, but don’t torture yourself by staying here for an extended period of time. Brave the death boat and hope you’ll make it in and out alive. This part of the island has absolutely nothing except for several restaurants, with varying impressiveness of views and completely synonymous menus, although the food is amazing no matter where you go. The villa itself looked like a sad, decrepit version of what you see in their pictures. Things to know: - to get to this villa, you need to take a “taxi boat” aka a “death boat”. If your boat/taxi captain/driver is overcharging you it’s because the waves are large and you’ll most likely die. So remember, if you pay over 400 BAT, you will most likely drown via giant wave surrounded by circus people - The walk between “nearby” beaches includes diving between rocks that get filled with ocean waves every second, scaling giant boulders, walking across TWO rickety

Good for local party goers”
This place provides one of the better accommodation on the beach because they are spacious villas and also that it is the only place with a pool. However, avoid going during full moon week, NY's week or Sundays if you are hoping to have a quiet and relaxing time as there are hundreds of party goers passing through all day, everyday. There is also a rave/party every Sunday from 8am-12 the next day. Music can be heard throughout the whole beach. Room does not offer a phone, kettle, tea/coffee. Having no phone made it difficult to contact staff to tend to us when we fell ill especially when staying at the highest villa at the top of the hill. The amount of stairs gets a bit much but still fine for those who like stairs. Overall staff great. Breakfast- less than average, rooms- generally clean, facilities- not good-nil. Advise packing light and have waterproof luggage due to definite chance of getting wet in the motorboat to and from Haad Rin.

definitely not recommend !”
I can definitely not recommend the hotel, rooms were dirty, the bedding from the previous guests was still used by us. In addition, our belongings were searched and something stolen during housekeeping!

Not worth it”
Hard to get there, the place was empty and not very well taken care of. The villa was nice but spend your money some place else.

Hotel is closed but still taking reservations on Agoda”
I’m not sure what going on with this hotel but none of their phones work and they don’t reply to their emails. I think it’s out of business because there is no way to contact them. It’s a very hard to get to location and can only be reached by boat. The seas were too rough to get there so I called and emailed them to find another way to get there. They don’t reply to emails and their phone is dead so I think they are out of business.

price should be no more than $30 a night”
poor is an understatement. we stayed 10mins and got the boat back to Hadrin. the place hadn't been touched in years, totally run down and i missed the part about no electricity (my fault on that)

Very difficult to this hotal”
This hotel’s not inform anything, you have to paid a boat to hotel for 300 THB per time. So difficult for all travel in Ko pha-ngan. I’m not recommend this hotel!
