A pleasant and Comfortable Stay At Park Inn ”
Stayed here during the Ramadan. The Hotel is far from Haram. But they do Provide Bus Service (Every Hour). During Ramadan The buses used to Drop us at the Parking and from there , the Government Buses would take us to the Haram (Maybe during Normal Days the bus might drop directly at Haram). Coming to the Room, it was comfortable, and very clean, But just good enough for 2 People. Accommodating more than 2 In a standard room isn't recommended. We faced a huge problem of Mobile networks as none of the mobiles were able to receive proper signal. Overall The stay was comfortable and pleasant. The check-in and Check-Out process was smooth as well.

It's nice hotel located near Al Rajhi mosque AL Naseem area. Reasonable price. ”
Hotel provides bus shuttel to Haram every hour and it took 10 minutes. Bus drop at Haram near Ajyad gate which has a big shopping center for all. This is plus points. Everything was fine will stay again.

room was nice and clean, receptionists and room service staff were friendly as well as security men, i just had some problem with (some) of the restaurant waiters at the hotel, they are unprofessional, i had 2 meals there and in both meals i faced bad experiences, hope the management will take that in consideration, of course some of them were good and friendly too, overall will back again inshallah but will take a room with no breakfast included.

very good hotel with Masjid Al Rajhi next to it. lot of shops and restaurants around. ”
the only drawback is the 1hour shuttle drop pick up but in Ramadan last 15days they made it half hour drop pick which was excellent.. pls continue this half hour.... Park Inn

Very Nice hotel in makkah 10 min drive away from haram with shuttel to haram every hour”
To start with my check -in was smooth and quick thanks to mr,.ghamdi at counter, got my room access early , Room was clean with all standard amenities and comparatively with other hotel in holy city its spacious, The breakfast spread was good including live station for omelette fried as per ur wish and appetizers, juices,sweets, fruits,breads,cheese, tea,coffee and other breakfast items the staff at restaurant was good and accommodating with smiling attitude refills at the buffet was also quick. the shuttle service runs every hour sharp this can be improved to run every 30 mins which i highly recommend. overall a good and comfortable stay within haram boundaries and adjacent to a beautiful Alrajhi mosque. no nearby restaurants and shops.

It was a good hotel and the staff are friendly but there is less staff to help customers, so less customer service because of less staff.

Plus Points... First and foremost, the hotel is new, so it is clean, nice, modernly design and decorated. The restaurant buffet was excellent. The shuttle service from hotel to Haram mosque was every half hour and was good. The parking is underground and free. The hotel is next to Al-Rajhi Mosque, which is a convenient if you are not going to Haram. Lesser Points... The room (twin w. extra bed) was not spacious. The furniture is of light blue color, so was really dirty. You will see a lot of spots etc. on the sofa, chair, carpet. The bathroom was very small. The hotel does not have its front on main side of the street. Rather it is on back side, so even taxi drivers were not able to reach it without guidance.

Excellent stay with good facility ”
The location of hotel is far from Haram, however the hourly shuttle facility is of great help. My request for three beds was not fulfilled. They gave a sofa bed instead. The staff is polite they take time to respond to any of your request.
