Professional and friendly staff”
We booked a triple room from 18/03/2020 to 21/03/2020 but due to the decrease of flights and closing the borders in Australia we had to check out on 19/03/2020. We were planning to request a refund from Agoda but the reservation staff were very helpful and gave us a refund for two days straightaway. It was a suite which was very clean and the location was very convenient. Breakfast was excellent. Unfortunately, we had to leave early but next time when we visit London we will definitely stay at Park Plaza London Riverbank Hotel.

I wanted somewhere I would feel safe for a solo trip to London where I would be arriving late in the evening. Park Plaza London Riverbank was perfect with friendly and helpful staff and beautiful spacious rooms. My husband and I stayed at Park Plaza Riverbank London for 3 nights and we were very comfortable. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was a short walk to the train station and there is a great little pub called "The Rose" and other excellent restaurants close by. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Beautiful hotel with an great location the only thing that let it down was the check in time.”
We were seeing a show so I requested early check-in through Agoda, when we arrived at 13:30 they said we couldn't check in yet. I know check in was at 14:00 but we had a show booked at 14:30 and I had requested early check in so I was hopeful to get in early. I explained and asked when we would be able to check in and the lady gave a bit of attitude and said "well 14:00". I asked if there was anywhere we could get changed and she did point us to the spa changing rooms which was very handy. The room was beautiful and clean with motorised curtains which was great to appreciate the view in the morning, only let down was only one bedside table. Breakfast was delicious and well worth the extra money. I would definitely stay here again as the negatives were very minor for me.

Perfect sanctuary in a busy city”
Amazing from arrival to departure. We had access to the executive lounge and breakfast which were well worth it. Beautiful views from exec lounge extremely friendly and welcoming staff with nothing too much bother. Central for underground, mainline trains buses and a great walk along the South bank giving a retreat from the hussle of the city. Would recommend and will be staying here again.

Great location & views”
Great location overlooking the Thames river and only a 5 minute walk from Vauxhall tube station. Extremely friendly check in staff who went above and beyond to make my fiancée birthday even more special. Our room had fantastic views of the river and Westminster, plenty of choice at breakfast time. All in all great spot and would definitely return in the future.

We had the closest room to the river on the 8th floor and the views were stunning. A fantastic welcome gift inc. a wine bottle, chocolatrs and baloons for a birthday was delivered by some cheerful staff members to our room, what a treat. Thank you so much!

It is very close to my conference. There is bus 77 right outside the hotel travelling to two of the nearest station. There is also a mini mart near the hotel. Room is clean and spacious. Only thing is the breakfast spread, it is the same varieties everyday. I stayed for six nights and it is always the same. Other than this, everything else is good.

Problem in cleanliness”
Cleaning staff did not refill tissue box when it absolutely was only a few pieces left in the box when we checked in. They even not refilled in next couple days. They did not replaced the same number of towels after cleaning the room. One day missed a floor towel while the other days missed all small towels. The last day I guessed they sprayed cleaning liquid on the bathroom mirror but forgetting to clean it up. The mirror looked terribly dirty. It seems the whole cleaning procedure was not followed through. Everyday we left early for sightseeing and went back very late. Do not have energy to complaint about this . I did tell the staff in front desk and I hope it was helpful to them.
