Great little gem near to the airport”
Extremely good service. Very friendly staff. Room was relatively large and comfortable. Breakfast buffet spread was not extremely good but the pastries were delicious. Location is nearer to the airport which is good for some business travelers like me who needs to go to the airport very early in the morning.

Exceptional”
Parkroyal Saigon was perfect for a quick 2 night lay over in Ho Chi Minh City to break up the long cross pacific flight. The hotel is 5 minutes from the airport and 25 minutes from District 1...in traffic. There is a lovely little park across the street for strolling in(if you are brave enough to cross the road). The staff is fantastic. One young man( I wish I could remember his name) wrote down a few suggestions to hand to the taxi driver and made sure we had the hotel address to help us get back. We used Grab taxis which were plentiful and 1/2 the price of the Green or White taxis. The pool is nice with shady spots available throughout the day. The breakfast buffet was extensive and yummy. They even packed up a to go breakfast since our flight left earlier than the buffet opened. That was a godsend standing in the very long immigration line. 2 hours ahead for the international flight was barely enough time at the airport... I definitely would recommend Parkroyal Saigon!

the swimming pool ”
i always like parkroyal. my choice always in ho chi minh city. This might be y 7th or 8th stay in parkroyal saigon. i like the staff attitude, the swimming pool and of course the gym too. the location is far from district 1 which hosts the city area with shipping and many dining choices. but as a business traveler, the close location of 5 mins drive to airport is extremely convenient to me as i am always need to catch flights urgently. thank you for the great service!

Luxurious overnight stay, close to airport”
Really enjoyable overnight stay, there staff here were great and easy going after a 22 hour flight time. Staff sorted out a taxi issue for me (trying to rip me off) and were great with checking in at near 2am. Hotel room was very comfortable and a great stay for the quick time i was there. Very close to the airport, literally a 5 minute drive so it made getting out of Ho Chi Minh City easy.

could not fault the service at the parkroyal, they did everything they could to ensure our stay was comfortable. the rooms were quiet from the traffic on the streets below. very handy to the airport which is particularly good if you only have a short time in ho chi minh city as we did.the food at the restaurant was excellent.

this was an amazing hotel. we stayed for one night before flying out of ho chi minh. staff were friendly and helpful, the room was huge and beds were very comfortable. the breakfast had a huge variety and was well worth the extra price. would definitely recommend.

Loved staying at Parkroyal Saigon. Spacious, comfortable room, best bed in Vietnam. Attentive staff, great service. The pool and the gym. The hotel room was very quiet. Will be back in Saigon in five months and will stay there. Appreciated the comfort and amenities.

Very nice but small hotel.. est only three star rating hotel, but very clean and worth for money.. Staff performance quite goodand most of them speak fluent engish, one thing that is quite difficult to find in Ho chi minh city.. Located only 15 minutes from saigon international airport.

Good transit Hotel”
I always stay at this Hotel in Ho Chi Minh City when I have to spend 1 night before I can continue on a domestic flight. It is a fairly basic business Hotel but the rooms are good and quite large. Going into the city center takes about 30 minutes by taxi. The nicest thing about the Hotel is that is just 5 minutes away from the airport so very convenient for travellers who need to change flights in Ho Chi Minh City and leave early in the morning.

Great stay at the Parkroyal”
The Parkroyal hotel staff are so professional, attentive, and polite. They make us feel like VIPs even though we only stayed 1 night before our domestic trip before and after. The food at their restaurant is very tasty and fresh. The service at the restaurant is prompt and so courteous. The room we stayed is so clean, comfortable. We had a very nice stay there and will recommend the hotel highly to travelers, especially if you want a place close to the airport. The ride to and from the airport takes 5 to 10 min. without traffic and 20 min. with traffic jam which still is not bad at all. So you have a great product (the hotel) with very resonable price! And all together a very pleasant stay!

Great Location and very clean”
We had a very pleasant stay here. We had early flights, so it was great to be around 5 minutes from the airport (especially with the heavy traffic on the local streets of Ho Chi Minh). The room was surprisingly spacious and comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. Had a nice little spa (great prices!) downstairs behind a relaxing pool. The food was average, and there wasn't much else in the vicinity, but the hotel offered shuttles into center city and back.

This hotel has everything you need, is clean, comfortable and modern to boot. The pool area is good for a relax and the hotel has a good intimate feel about it. Not as big as some of the bigger hotels in Ho Chi Minh but more than makes up for it with its friendly staff and general appeal.Value for money.

Great for a stopover!”
We stayed at this hotel as a stopover before an early flight out of Saigon. This is a great hotel to stay at if you want to be near the airport and if you don't want to spend time in the main part of the city. The price through Agoda was much cheaper than through the hotel, however I still think its overpriced considering it is so far from central Saigon. The room was very comfortable with nice furnishings. Staff were also very friendly. A nice hotel to relax in for a short stopover.

Decent hotel near the airport”
Great if you need to be close to the airport. If you want to see and tour Saigon then head further in as not much around the ParkRoyal. The swimming pool was good but its freezing as gets no sun & could be used after dark. Overall, this is a very good hotel for the price and its location near the airport.
