Hotel is about 45min taxi from Phuket International Airport (800Baht). Hotel location is only 100m walk from the beach access. If you prefer the main "central" area which is more crowded and with sea activities, it will be about 15min walk. I have tried both, love both areas as the main area is bustling with life while the quiet area nearer to hotel is more peaceful, only about 8-10 people. There are quite alot of resturants and massage places in the area. There are 2 massage places just outside the hotel and a 7-11 store (walking out from hotel,turn right on main road). Hotel does not provide toothpaste, you may purchase at the 7-11 store. Cleanliness of the room is good, a little old not the modern style. This is a beach resort anyway so it is appropriate for me. There is a small balcony where we can chill with coffee and dry the beach wear. AC is not adjustable, takes about 15min to cool the room. Comfortable enough, gets cold in the night, no issue at all. Bathroom is fine.

Great staff but a few problems”
The staff here are excellent and helped us a lot. Also we loved the room, it was nice, clean and well soundproofed. The problems were more with the other guests. I'll be frank, it's a Russian hotel now, they said 90% of guests were Russians there. We didn't feel very comfortable outside of our room and rarely went to the pool because of it. Also the photos on agoda aren't accurate of the facilities. The staff and cleaning staff were great though and we would go back for them.

A few issues mostly resolved. ”
Kettle broken. TV remote needed new batteries. No table. All problems resolved and staff always polite and friendly. Biggest problem is terrible wifi in my room. I had to rely on 4G. Breakfast is average. Good location and layout is very good.

Managed and staff most helpful and friendly breakfast western and Thai But it is an older hotel must have been beautiful in its earlier years However the beautiful staff make this hotel, with sea views mountain and glorious 🌅

The hotel is located in a quiet area and my room was spacious and clean. The air-conditioning in my room was always 27 Celsius degrees and I couldn't set up for cooler temperature. The staff was polite and helpful. Negative aspect was at the airport because no one was waiting for me to take the hotel maybe they forgot it.

Restaurant had trouble understanding request ”
The restaurant had trouble understanding a request first dish prawns not hot enough idangerous with fish they took back and just reheated same dish. for the second dish asked for not hot or spicy. It was as hot as a vindaloo nearly blow my wife's head off and still got charged for both uneaten dishes shame as the hotel is nice and good value.
