It's a fast check in & staff are so helpful & friendly. Room are so huge. And we had a comfortable & amazing stay here. It's a monsoon period when we reach here so, we spend most of the time in this hotel room & dip in the pool when the sun is up. Love the location too as its near to Patong Beach & restaurant. It's not so noisy & a bit quiet. I love this hotel & will be back here again in future. Thank you Patong Paragon for the amazing stay & experience.

The best of the best”
WE love this hotel and come here every year since 2015. We stayed at different hotels in Patong, but this one is the best. Not too close to crowds of people, noise, but everything is close,10-15 minutes walk and you are in the center of night life . Right in front of the beach. We always choose the room with pool access, it's cool!!! Very nice breakfasts, smiling staff. Every year when we come back we feel WE ARE WELCOME!!! We are going to came back every next year)))

Great place for kids, I have a 2 yr old we get the deluxe pool room access it was perfect & the staff were lovely they loved my daughter. Room was great & breakfast buffet was excellent. Opposite the beach but the road is very busy out front & hard to cross especially with a small child. It’s very far from juncylon & Bangala road.

Lovey hotel with amazing service ”
We haves the pool access room and loved it! The beds are very firm but we managed. The staff are what make the hotel so lovely. The buffet breakfast was also delicious. Enough choices for everyone.

This hotel is situated on the very end of patong beach on what I would say is the most beautiful end northern end. It’s directly across the road from the beach and plenty of operating restaurants operate surrounding it. Due to covid it dies not have a spa operating but no big deal when there are spas also all around. The staff here are just wonderful, English is not the greatest but there smiles and friendliness get through. Not only this but they are extremely accomodating and helpful I ran into a few personal issues and they immediately responded to each of my issues promptly with no hesitation. The pool is fabulous and the pool access rooms are the bomb. All rooms and ensuites are huge, fridges cold and air con works perfect. The only downside was 1 English movie Channel and it froze continuously however the staff did there best to rectify this every time. It’s clean and kept neat and tidy. I highly recommend this resort and I will definitely stay again. Room 121 pool access is my recommendation.

Best location. Right next to Patong beach. Pool access room is great. This beautiful hotel is in need of some upgrading... A more efficient pool cleaning system and air conditioning. Overall, a great hotel and excellent service. A system overhaul will bring this hotel to greater heights.

Absolutely loved this hotel on the northern end of patong beach, the staff are amazingly obliging and helpful. I feel I made the perfect choice for our return trip to Thailand . Location is the bomb on the nicer end of patong beach more family low key couples relaxed end with plenty of dining options in very close proximity. I recommend the pool access room 121 it’s a corner room with pool bar close (not noisy) but your own little corner of the pool. So like having your own little private

We were a couple and stayed in a junior suite for two nights. The room was great—much better than we had expected for the amount we paid. It was large and airy, and very tastefully decorated. Otherwise, the staff were generally friendly and attentive. The restaurant was very good, although the breakfast was pretty average and the coffee was terrible (but no worse than anywhere else in Thailand). The location is great—right on the beach, but at the quieter end of Patong, so you are not constantly swamped by other tourists. We just had two complaints in relation to our time there. The first complaint is the outlook—the hotel has beautiful views of the beach on one side and the pool on the other, but for some reason the suite was overlooking the street. The second was that we ordered room service and then left the dirty plates outside the room, and it took more than 24 hours for someone to come to collect them. Overall, a pretty good experience, and excellent value for money!

Patong paratong a real 4 stars hotel”
The hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and got a nice bathroom with bath tub and shower. The breakfast is tasty with different type of hot and cold dishes and soup. Also, the coffee is good and the coock who does the eggs is excellent. The only negative thing is that the pool is not deep enough it is 1.2 meter only.

Good rooms breakfast and staff. Problem with hot water while we were there manager took the time to tell us what was happening and gave us an excellent meal in the resteraunt for the inconvience. Hotel right near beach and a good restraint across the road number 9s.

Staff are friendly, helpful and it's just across Patong beach. Room is spacious with balcony. But the hotel description is misleading, even though it says Sea View available based on availability but in fact, they charge you extra for sea view room upgrade. One tiny problem is not many plug outlets in room and none near bedside, for those needed to charge their phones

Shame the spa is closed, I like to have a massage at the accommodation I stay at. I don’t like that you have to go into the gym to get your pool towel and I don’t like that there is always a staff member at a desk in the gym, I prefer not to work out infront of someone watching me so I didn’t use the gym. However on my last day 30/4 I needed to shower in the gym at 6pm because I had checked out and there was no one there to give me a clean towel! The restaurant food and staff were really good! Pool is great and pool access rooms a must. I think when it’s high season it would be a struggle to find a lounge chair by the pool because their aren’t very many at all. I tried the breakfast one day and it was just ok, better variety of healthy breads would be good and i asked for poached eggs but was told it wasn’t an option!

The best thing about this hotel was the room we had leading out to the pool & could swim to the pool bar for cocktails and bar food. The room had the hardest bed I've ever slept on so that was not so great & the shower/bath water were pretty much cold I had to boil the kettle in the room to have a bath. The aircon hardly worked as well now I say this as I'm comparing it to the hotel we stayed at for the first half of our trip. Also we had a bunch of people in two rooms next to us swimming in the pool on and off all night yelling and woke us up at 5-6am in the morning two days in a row ( I don't think they slept) and the hotels security let this group effect other staying the hotel without telling them to quiet down, my partner is 22 and I'm 21 so we don't mind the parting but what we had to put up with was ridiculous.

Clean hotel is a good location away from the busy part of patong ”
Food and resturant staffs were exceptional .. hotel facikities and rooms were average ... swimming pool was not clean and finish early at 8 pm with no lights .. reception staffs were friendly and helpful ... house keeping was good and staffs were helpful .. the value of the money is not matching the hotel facilities , excluding the resturant service and location .
