Nice staff,great location,nice pool to chill at,i recommend the pearl suite (jacuzzi is lovely in your back yard & great music to listen to coming from the neighbours at naughty nuri’s :-) cleaning,fresh towels,water,tea & coffee ect everyday,room service available from the restaurant. Bangla road 5-10 mins walk away,night market/street food 2 mins walk away...all in all i enjoyed my stay thankyou

Good location near to Patong beach !!!”
I stayed there for 3nights and it's a good place to stay during my Phuket visit. The room cost is competitive. Staffs are nice and supportive. The manager personally booked my Taxi to the airport at 5 am morning, the taxi was at 4.45 am to pick me up. They charged 1500bath as a room security money even though I paid the full booking money in advance in Agoda. They returned me the full money during my checkout. Usually, they charged this security money for any room damage. 10mins walking distance to Patong beach, Bangla Road, Jungceylon Shopping Center. Nearby available trip booking agents for Phi Phi, James Bond Island, City tour, massage parlor. The room view is not good as the hotel is facing in front of the road and the backyard is adjacent to another hotel. Usually, all the hotel on this road has the same view as the road is inside the city.

The Patong pearl was ideally situated. The cleanliness was just about acceptable, but the helpfullness of the staff was most appreciated. A few maintenance issues, that need sorting out like holes in the lift floor and no lighting on the stairs when the lift was busy. Overall, safe, enjoyable and belongings secure.

The service is terrible and facilities are very poor!”
I stayed for 4 days but I did not enjoy my stay because:- 1) I called the reception at the counter but no answer. They passed me around and hanged me up. One of the staff was very rude, she raised her voice at me and hanged me up. I was requesting for an extra towel but only gave me after I waited for almost 30 minutes before I can shower!! 2) I requested for housekeeping at the concierge before I left early morning. When I came back at 3pm, the room was still unattended. I asked the staff why was it not cleaned and she replied rudely saying that my room can only be cleaned after 4pm because the cleaner had a lot of rooms to clean. So I have to wait until 4:30pm and still nobody came to clean it. I called again and they scolded me saying that I need to wait until 5pm. I told them I need to go out at 6pm and I need to have a rest in my room after been out for whole morning. They never bothered and scolded me for rushing them. My whole day plan was ruined due to their terrible service!!!

Worst hotel I have ever been too”
Terrible hotel nothing like the photos on the Agoda site, pool is dirty and equipment such as the ball hoop is rusted and broken the hoop has rusted off. Chairs are Brocken and have holes in them same as the sun lounges around the pool. Staff are not polite or friendly or helpful The Russia manager is disgustingly rude arrogant and threatening she will not even eat the breakfast they serve. Did not care that our room was falling apart, the safe, door, shower, aircon did not work they make a noise but that’s about it. Have not got a good word to say about this place, I have traveled and worked around the world for 30 years and have stayed in $5 a night mud huts in Africa that would put this place to shame. Agoda needs to also review hotels better as this place is not even close to what it says on the Agoda web site. PS if you’re already booked don’t eat the breakfast, we had booked for a week and left without a refund to stay at another hotel that’s how bad this place is.

As I've been to phuket many times, this time is a bit different. I usually planned well before my trip, but not this time. I just chose this patong pearl as agoda suggested. (8.1 or what, not sure). Good location, nice room, daily room services, breakfast, swimming pool, wifi -- all are simply perfect just like other hotels (But this one is really cheap) (750 baht per night for a superior room) Especially, I would like to say thanks to Ms. Amolwat (her nick name is Nitty and i think she's filipino), the guest service agent from hotel. She helped us a lot with valuable suggestions for our island tour, must-see attractions, hidden unknown area and even helping to get the cheap option for airport tranport. (as you know, everything is Xo Xo expensive in Phuket) Weak points Breakfast is boring. As we stayed 4 days there, first 2 days is okay with breakfast, but for next 2 more days, it's boring. The menu was the same. No pool as they advertised in agoda. Overall. Nice, satisfied and worth to pay for the service.

we had a fabulous stay. the hotel was much better than we expected for the price. rooms were great except the bathroom became very wet when showering.the service was prompt and staff were terrific and really cared for us paticularly after our sunstroke/sunburn and sea urchin injuries. i would really recommend this hotel to travellers who are not wanting a glam resort and like the a personal touch. thank you patong pearl for making our time in phuket enjoyable!!

Great location and friendly staff”
Our stay at Patong pearl resortel was a very pleasant one. Staff were friendly and always had a smile. The spa in our room was just the bomb! It made our stay even more relaxing. I will definently be back to Phuket and if the deals are again just as attracting then Patong Pearl may just get my vote again. It is also in the right spot, just 1 block away from the bustling Bangla road! Just 1 little issue....the beds were like boards to sleep on!!!!

Very nice hotel with very nice staff”
From the front desk on arrival I was treated with care and made to feel that my presence was appreciated. No query was too small or too big and expedited with a smile and efficiency. Room sizes were fantastic, including the balcony, and well furnished with bedside tables & lamps, a tasteful wooden table and chairs as well as a stool for the desk. The bed was enormous and comfortable enough for me and air con was more than cold enough. I quite often had to turn it down. This was my second stay in Phuket and it was made all the better for having stayed at The Patong Pearl. Thanks to all.

Superb Hotel. Very friendly staff”
our stay @ the patong pearl resortel was excellent. we stayed here for 6nts & 7 days & we enjoyed our stay. we checked in at 9:30 am. the rooms were really good & met our expectations. the hotel staff were really friendly through out our stay. the hotel is just 2min walk from the "patong beach" and just a street away from the night life hub. there are plenty of restaurants where one can try different thai cuisines close by. over all, a very pleasant experience.

NIce Budget Hotel”
I book Deluxe room. This hotel is very near to the activity area i.e bangla street and patong beach. The only problem is that it does not have in room safe. You have to take a locker at reception for your money and passport. Charges for lost key is also very high as i have told. Breakfast also has limited options. pool lovers stay away as the pool size is very small. Compare to its price a nice hotel in phuket. I stayed here only for 1 nights and other 3 nights i was in blue ocean resort and spa. I feel this hotel was much better than blue ocean. i definately stay here again if i goes to phuket.I like its location very much.

Close to the beach”
patong pearl resortel is close to the beach. my room was quiet and clean but quite a walk to it. breakfast was very nice and the restaurant staff were friendly and the food good for lunch. in the vening it is best to go out and the hotel is close to many other eateries and nightlife. at christmas the tarriff was quite high but i imagine at other times of the year this would be a good place to stay at a more reasonable price. the hotel was by no means full at christmas so i think they had probably overcharged expecting higher demand.

stayed 1 week will certainly book this hotel next time visiting Patong beach. very good location 3 mins walk to beach and about 5 mins walk to major shopping centre with lots of restaurants and local shops nearby. the staff at the hotel could not have been more helpful and friendly. the tour desk booked us 4 tours and got a good price on all and gave us a good price on the shuttle to the airport. we ate at the restaurant 4 times in the evening and the food was good with a good choice, the cocktails were excellent. one downer was the breakfast, limited choice of American breakfast with cereal, toast and jam and fresh fruit. no choice of thai food for my wife and family. the room was comfortable and clean with good air conditioning and hot water. the pool was smallish but ok and was empty everyday. some building work nearby but did not disturb us at all. over all 9 out of 10 if breakfast improved 10 out of 10
