One of the best hotel in Patong ”
I have been to this hotel since 2007 and they have managed to maintain their quality of service. Good and clean rooms, good spread of English breakfast. However they do not have good options for vegetarian food. Overall value for money

Perfect location to beach & food and many facilities is also good”
We enjoyed staying there for 5 days during our honeymoon. Perfect location for beach, shopping malls, night market, Bank ATM, money exchange and restaurants.There has also a short cut from hotel to famous Bangla road and night life. But room are nice and quiet with many facilities including two pools. Staffs are friendly and very helpful, especially reception ladies. We will stay there again.

Highly recommended”
Great location and rooms and lovely staff who are very accommodating and willing to assist with any needs at any time of day. My only complaint is a toilet system that is SO time-consuming and a shower that is good but with poor drainage that results in water all over the bathroom floor every time you use it. This appears to be the design but needs modifying to make the bathrooms safe. As the hotel is a holiday resort it would also be beneficial to have an onsite laundry so that clients are able to do their own laundry. Overall this is a very nice place to stay though and thank you to all staff for your very pleasant personas and assistance during our stay.

A lovely stay”
Landed late in Phuket and successfully ran the Covid Test & Go gauntlet to be met by taxi transfer to hotel, as arranged as part of hotel booking. Checked-in by very helpful staff especially re. Thailand Pass rules. My ground floor room near the pool was very clean, comfortable and set-up to provide me with 3 restful nights. The buffet breakfast (who doesn’t love those in Thailand?!) was excellent and in a pavilion next to the pool - staff most hospitable. A short walk to Patong Beach and Bangla Road makes its central location very appealing. I was really pleased to discover Patong Resort Hotel and have no hesitation in recommending it to others. It will be my preferred hotel if I visit Phuket again.

Almost perfect!”
This was super close to Bangla Road. (Pre-covid there was an exit on the grounds that let you out onto it). The room I got was spacious and the bathroom was AMAZING! Bed was super comfortable and the staff were always ready to help with a smile. The poolside view was awesome, you could see the cliffs. The one downside for me was I should have asked for a room with a view. There were no windows but there is an outdoor seating area but the view for my room faced a parking garage and huge hvac systems. Still an awesome experience and great hotel.

Exceptional”
Great resort in a great location. In Central Patong and no need for transportation as everything is close by. Beach is a 5 minute walk and shopping and food literally on the door step. The staff were extremely friendly and even upgraded our rooms for us for free. We felt comfortable just like we would at home. Highly recommend!!

One of the best stay I ever had in Thailand”
The location is beautiful, its just next to a lot of shoplots and very close to Bangla Road Entertainment district, I got myself a beautiful spot facing the swimming pool, and it gives you a tropical vibe, the hotel staff were all friendly, and if you go with this hotel nothing can go wrong on your bookings, all properly taken care of, and they have good airport transfer and facilities, definitely coming back to this place. I was a solo traveler and this choice couldnt have been better. Thanks again for the wonderful experience.

Top choice for budget travel”
From check in to check out, this hotel provided us with excellent service. The location of the hotel is its biggest draw - a 5 minute easy walk to the beach road and the beach. Staff were polite, pool was clean and service was top notch. If we come back to Patong, we'll stay here again.

We enjoyed our stay at the Patong Resort hotel. Great access either side to beach or Jungceylon. Disappointed access to Bangla Rd was closed due to Covid protocols. Breakfast was nice and pool is very big and clean. Room was spacious and air con was great.

Great place to stay, a perfect location for nightlife. The hotel has 3 entrance/exit points, from 2nd road, beach road, and Bangla rd. Breakfast had a huge selection to suit everyone.

Exceptional staff”
Because of covid my flights got changed 4 times and I had to keep changing my airport transfer times . Then a typhoon hit Tokyo and I had 2 days to completely redo ALL my paperwork for entry into Thailand. Between international telephone calls and emails - without the staff at this resort I never would have made it.

Best location in Patong”
I have stayed at Patong Resort 3 times now and will not stay anywhere else. The location is the best, one exit you are at the beach, another exit you are in the middle of bangala Road and the 3rd exit you are on the main shopping street right near Jungceylon. 2 Huge pools and amazing gardens, Rooms are very clean and cool. I love the garden rooms however there is a main building with balcony rooms overlooking main pool.

I had a garden view room with balcony. The room was in good condition and the bed was very comfortable. There was a big choice of food for breakfast. It is about a 5 minute walk to the beach The staff were very helpful and respectful. I probably got a good deal because Phuket is still reasonably quiet but all in all a fabulous experience for me.
