"We were only in Phuket for less than 24 hours, and decided on this large resort. We were happy to get into our room early, relax by the pool, and explore Patong Beach. The staff was so friendly, and the rooms were simple and comfortable, but the best part was the view!! We did not expect to have a full on view of the ocean, so it was a lovely surprise to see a balcony with a beautiful view of Patong Beach. We saw the most gorgeous sunset in Thailand from this balcony!! I absolutely loved the 2 pools (one with a waterslide), but the infinity pool is the real winner. With a swim up bar, and amazing views, it's the real star of this resort. I spent hours there in my less than 24 hour visit to Phuket, and don't regret it a minute! (Additional perk was that we had breakfast included, but were leaving around 6:30am, so they packed us our breakfast to go!). For a short stay, this is great!"

"Great hotel facilities and professional staff. Great 4 star hotel in Patong. Nothing wrong. Best location in the busiest area though still very peaceful sleep. Best infinity roof top pool around. I checked in on my birthday, after mentioning it, the desk staff came up with a birthday cake and candles. next morning I had a plate of incredible tasting fruits left in the fridge. Will definitely be back next time for a longer stay if I can handle being in Patong again."

"This resort has so many good qualities about it: quiet, well maintained and friendly staff. The place is only 9 months old so the facilities are brand new. We stayed in the Grand Suite with 2 rooms (1 king bed and another with a queen bed and a single bed). There are two large bathrooms and a jacuzzi tub in the master bedroom. There is also a living and dining space. More than enough space for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. There are three pools: Beach Pool, Jungle Pool and Fun pool. Personally liked the Jungle pool as it is quieter and shadier but you have to swim past the rooms that have pool access. If you want to have privacy, I would say do not book those rooms. I liked how the Jungle Pool had lounge nooks and lounge deck chairs in the pool. The Beach pool has a view of a small but rocky beach and the road that separates the hotel and the beach. The glass wall is a novelty for those who like infinity pools. The beach is not much in front of the hotel. But the hotel has frequent shuttle to Jungceylon mall and the Bangla police station which is in front of the Patong main outdoor market street. You can visit the busy Patong beach or do your shopping there. I liked the fact that the hotel is generally quiet except for some loud tourists in the lobby. Also the restaurant had very good and value-for-money Thai set meals for dinner. The gym was a good size with ample equipments for guests. They have free Muay Thai lesson for 30 mins on Fridays. They also had daily sport activities. The kids’ room had some games and activities with a little wading pool outside for toddlers. There was also a TV that showed kid-friendly videos. However, the books and videos were more suited for younger kids. My 8 year old was still happy playing broad games there. The spa was really beautiful and offered a good deal for 60 min body message with 15 min foot message. It is unfortunate that they close at 8pm (last appointment at 7pm). It would be good to extend the hour"

"I’ve stayed in so many different hotels in Patong and I think if you’re looking for a 3.5 -4 star hotel, Patong Resort will be the best value for its facilities, they have everything you can imagine. The cheapest room is simple but it’s not small and you have everything you need. My last time there they upgraded my cheap room to a deluxe one which was nice big and beautiful. If the keep this good price I’d come back for sure."

"The hotel was beautiful and we had a great stay! The location is close to Patong Beach but not right in the middle of the craziness. It’s quiet and secluded at the property and because it’s on a big hill it has a great view of two different beaches from the pool and rooftop bar. The staff are very nice and helpful. The bell boy Sek Oil and also Winn at the front desk were very helpful during our stay. The hotel itself is modern and sleek and has a lot of nice to touches and details are the property. The different bars and restaurants on property are also very nice. The highlight is the infinity pool and the views from up there though. We spent quite a bit of time floating around in the infinity pool. I recommend staying here if you want somewhere both quiet and nice if you are in the Paton Beach/Phuket area. We stayed in a Deluxe Sea view room and it was a great view to wake up to and the room itself was very nice. Double rain shower heads in the bathroom was a nice added touch!k The prices on property for food and drinks were a bit high for Thailand but still reasonable in relation to prices in the US. You are paying for the convenience. Also we prices out using Grab vs the local taxi and the local taxi pricing won. There are about 5-10 drivers at the bottom of the hill that handle most of the taxi for Crest. Use the free shuttle when you can to Patong beach and paradise beach but I recommend taking one of the drivers cards Incase you need them to pick you up or to take you somewhere. For instance with grab it was 340 baht to go to Patong beach but the local taxi charged 300. Don’t use the tuk tuk drivers in Patong because you will pay more (unless you just want the experience to say you did it)."

"Good: - big swimming pool to swim - friendly and helpful staff (my boyfriend buy me a rose, and the staff helped me to put into the water, which is so considerable to me. Also, we come late on the first night, but the staff was still very patient to help us to change the best room for us. - delicious breakfast with amazing view. The taste of food is very nice - spacious room and you can really take a good rest at night after a whole-day journey - the place is near the famous tourist spots, we can walk to the Patong Beach, Bangala Street and Big C, so no need to worry about the transportation To conclude, if I visit Phuket again, Naira is the only place I will choose"
