Firstly I'm very happy with the service of the staff, location & cleanliness of the hotel. ”
Only one thing made me angry about the housekeeping of the hotel. This housekeeping knocked mine & my sons rooms. When we never opened suddenly the housekeeping used their keys to open our rooms. At that moments we still sleeping. From there than i woke up. The housekeeping too keep insisting me what time can they cleaned the rooms & they can somemore said that they have so many levels to cleaned up. Its really annoyed me. After i launched complained to the hotel staff, the housekeeping still doing the same things on the next day. Somemore we cannot sleep in peace due of the housekeeping talked so loud outside along our rooms as early as 7am Bkk timing. The hotel, location & staff hotels was very friendly & helpful. But please educate the houkeeping Don't anyhow opened the rooms.

The location is inside the pratunam market. There is a lot of street food below. The hotel room is clean. I was afraid it will be very noisy but I sleep quite well. For the price I paid, I am satisfied with the room. They able to let us left our luggage after we check out. The only con is that the street is quite narrow, thus if u want to book grab, you need to get out of the street. I think service of the staff is great, I have checked out and bought street food but is unable to eat in the lobby due to their no food and drink policy. The staff help me ask the drink store outside the hotel to let us have a meal at their store. I appreciate their effort.

Location is good. Many local foods just right below the hotel. Near Pratunam morning market, a rough 5-10mins (As there's many things to see and buy, so might take longer time) walk to Platinum Fashion Mall, BTS station (Phaya Thai) is also 5 mins walk away. Hotel is clean. Room is spacious and homely, very clean too. Staffs are friendly and helpful too. English speaking staffs too~ Nevertheless, it's a crowded street from morning till night, good location, clean rooms will definitely come back again.

Convenient for quick Bangkok visit”
We had just 1 night in Bangkok to finish our Thailand trip. We wanted to be close to the airport rail link (5min walk) and once settled took taxi/tuk tuk into town. Within 30min door to door to airport with rail link and 15min with tuk tuk from main Bangkok tourist downtown. Rooms super clean and new, best and most comfortable bed we had in 2 weeks and a well controllable air conditioner.

Nice hotel with friendly staff”
The hotel is nice and clean and it’s situated in the night market. There’s a lot of food around... 5 min. walk to ratchaprarop station... Staff are very accommodating. They let us leave our luggage for 3 days when we went to Myanmar. great and friendly staff... highly recommended!

Good location, good shopping and good food”
5 mins walk to the BTS Ratchaprarop station from the hotel. If you go for Street food, it is just outside the hotel and it’s so convenient. Just beside the hotel, the seafood tomyam is Super nice and delicious . The name of the stall is called Tomyam Paa Nga. The food is Halal. If you like shopping for clothings, Baiyoke Gallery is just along the street. Not forget the Thai massage after a Long walk in the hotel at the first level.

Worth it”
Pros : The staffs (especially the bald man and the young lady that handle our check out on 8.10.19) were very good. The man can speak very good english and help us a few times on how to go to BTS, informing us the short cut to the night market etc.The room is clean, housekeeper clean the room and change all the towels and bedsheets everyday.The location is perfect, food stalls and 7Eleven is very near to the hotel.The environment also very nice, i can go out by myself at night and early morning without being worry about my safety. I love the relax massage shop at the lobby.They massage skilled are better than at other place eventhough the price is a bit higher. Cons : No slippers in the room and the floor is very cold. I hope the hotel will provide us slipper. Overall, i am satisfied.

Exceptional”
During the stay.. me & family was very happy. The staff very friendly.. about the traffic. No choice as the building between building is making the road become too narrow. Just need to be extra careful when we bring the kid out to the road. Easy to find food, 7 Eleven just cross the street.. easy to shop in the morning or night market.. even I have time to come back & try the cloth & go back to the owner to change bigger size.. will really recommended to all the friends who plan going to Pratunam.

Good location and convenient, for walking. Vehicles kinda hard to get into the street of the hotel No street noise will be hear when in the room but poor soundproofing between rooms. Overall is good. The room is clean and the staffs are helpful.

Very good location and convenience. 7-eleven at the opposite of hotel, room and toilet are clean . Have a big windows there and air cond is cold. A lot of food nearby and near pratunam morning/night market. Highly recommended!

strategic location”
There is restaurant right in front of the hotel and many stalls in front the hotel and nearby the area. there are few 7-11s nearby. it tooks about 15 min walk from the hotel to platinum mall / talad neon market . however, difficult for grab to enter the road because of jam and narrow pathway after all store open. we walked to indra square to take taxi or grab. overall, the location is considered strategic.

The location is superb and is near to pratunam morning market. The staffs are well trained and the room is great. 7-11 are just opposite the hotel and it is swarm with food stall and restaurant. Overall it is a very nice hotel to stay in bangkok.

Super friendly and accommodate staff”
Need to special mentioned about Mr Pao. He’s really such a friendly and helpful staff. He personally helps to make up our room after the Housekeeping team leaves for the day. Location is strategic just around pratunam market area. The only cons is the alley to the hotel is too narrow and crowded a bit challenge to walk pass through peak period. Overall this hotel is Super nice and comfortable. I will sure return
