We had a wonderful stay in general and the hotel staff were nothing short of excellent. The hotel facilities were exquisite and the location of the hotel was right at the heart of pattaya beach road with great panoramic ocean views. Our second night however was marred by the fact that the Pattaya Marathon event started at 3 am and the loud speakers were placed right at the bottom of the hotel which did not allow us to sleep for the rest of the night. I wish the hotel would have taken some steps regarding this, to move these loud speakers a bit further away or at least they could have taken a step to call us and warn us about this beforehand. We were on the 19th floor and still it was loud enough to think as if the sound was coming from the next door! Besides this we didn't really have any other issues at all. The rooftop restaurant at the top of the Hotel would have to be the best spot to enjoy the ocean views in Pattaya. The location being at the top of the Central Festival also made things super convenient as we could shop and dine and simply take the elevator to the hotel. Overall Highly recommended!

The hotel facilities are new and modern. The staff are nice and helpful. I would like give special thanks to Art, Noona and Alice they help us to arrange the car to pick us up in the Pattaya airport when we arrival and arrange the car for us to Bangkok hotel. I would recommend this hotel for those who looks for high quality hotel in Pattaya beach area.

decided on a last minute pattaya getaway, we found ourselves on a bus heading to pattaya. with no hotel booking and the songkran festival on the way, this hotel emerged as our top choice. it sure did not disappoint. with its great location, right smack in the center on pattaya beach road. you have easy access to all the restaurants, the beach of course and the city’s nightlife. and for a city known for its infamous nightlife, this hotel is very much family friendly. with great amenities plus they have these activities available around the pool area, one can completely enjoy their stay just within the confines of the hotel. it’s like a cruise ship on land. the staffs are fantastic too, very friendly and can communicate very well in english. indeed an excellent choice.

We really enjoyed our 3 night stay here, we'd been staying in another hotel not far away for the past 6 nights and couldn't extend our stay as their price shot up. For the same price we originally paid for the other hotel we booked the LK Empress and we soon realised what extremely much better value for money it was, both 4 star hotels. This hotel is fabulous, the staff were so courteous, helpful, efficient and friendly. The breakfast's were included for the same price and were excellent with so much choice and the location of the resturant was very pleasant fronting the main beach road watching the beach and the seaview. Our room was brilliant, lovely and clean, spacious and very up to date efficient fittings, great shower and bath. modern TV and DVD player with good english channels and good wi-fi and all the other amenities as advertised were all there and good. There's a pleasant relaxing pool area too. The location of this hotel in Pattaya couldn't be better if you want all the action, shopping, beach and fun of the place, all you have to do is stumble out of the hotel and you're in the middle of it in all directions. The famous walking street is just a short walk away and the beach is just across the road, it's all so easy here. Go for this one it's really good value for money.

Having stayed at many hotels in pattaya , this hotel offers best value for money by a mile stone. Location is right next to the beach road, easy access for 10baht taxi. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are cleaned to a high standard, fresh fruit in the room everyday, free coffee and tea. If you get the club room you have access to the club lounge, which has free soft drinks all day, along with tea, coffee and pastrys. 6pm -8pm the club lounge offers free alcohol and softdrinks, along with tapas. Also the hotel has a nice pool and jacuzzi :). Awsome stay, i will be back soon, Highly reccomended!!!!

This is probably the best hotel on Pattaya Beach Road. I've stayed several other hotels including Amari Ochid, Pattaya Beach Resort, but Holiday Inn satisfied me the most. On the day I checked in, they have upgraded my room, I don't exactly remember the exact room type. It was the last room on the hallway after you get out from the elevator. The room had a fantastic ocean view, a lot better than what I've seen from Centara Grand. The breakfast was okay, crowded with people. The swimming pool was nice but small. You can overview the people walking and cars moving from the swimming pool. It was small but not crowded. Bathroom was great. You can bath and relax in the bathtub while enjoying the great sunset of Pattaya Beach. The hotel's location was also good. You can easily take taxi or local pick up taxi down to the road. I've stayed 4~5 hotels in Pattaya and I will definitely stay in Holiday Inn if I visit Pattaya again. I strongly recommend this hotel to you. Oh~! Free wifi is available in the lobby and on 4th floor where breakfast restaurant and swimming pool is.

This hotel is at the centre of it all in Pattaya. I just love the location, just across the road you have the shopping street (located at the Pattaya beach side). I had used Agoda to book a Studio Nouveau, very fairly priced in the peak season of Dec. Check-in was smooth, and so was check out. The reception area is inside the campus, and not by the road, and our room was very quiet. I liked the breakfast, bread and omlettes, fried rice, some varieties in the dish like shrimp curry, pork curry, etc. There was fruits, corn flakes, etc. I liked the restaurant area, gives you the right holiday mood during breakfast. Even though you cant clearly see the beach thanks to the trees, the beach feeling was there! Nice breeze and very spacious and just enough staff should you have any help. Service was quite nice, room was very spacious and clean. Location wise it makes perfect sense to stay here. The walking street is just 5 mins walk, going left after you come out of the hotel. If you take right, you could walk on the entire stretch on beach road and find all the shopping malls. There are lots of restaurants, food is absolutely no problem in Pattaya Beach road, do try out the street food, its fantastic. Bali Hai pier is just 15-20 mins walk (little further than walking street). There are lots of baht buses plying on the beach road, so just hop on one, hotel receptionist explained me the routes and advised where to get down and stuff, thanks to him, we enjoyed going around in the interesting baht buses. Overall, thanks to the great location we had fantastic holiday at Baywalk residence Pattaya, and we are definitely looking forward to visit this place again. Truly recommended to people of all ages. And if its great fun that you are looking for, this place is at the center of it all. Cheers!!!

I had the pleasure to stay at the Pattaya Marriott during a short 3 night stopover in Thailand. I had just undergone some minor elective surgery and wanted a comfortable hotel where I could relax and order room service, and also close to the action in Pattaya. The service was excellent. Friendly staff. Unobtrusive yet prompt and professional. Very comfortable bed and premium room and bathroom furnishings. I selected a 'garden view' room and I was on the sixth floor overlooking towering tropical trees and a natural garden area that the hotel cultivates. Upon opening my door the open air walkway looks down onto Pattya's Second Road, and directly at the Ripley's Believe It Or Not exhibit with the airplane built into the side of the shopping mall. Everything is very convenient. Walking Street is about 10 minutes away by foot. Beach Road is a 3 minute walk away. It was common to hear the tropical birds while in the room which was a welcome addition. Room service had a large selection of items and the pricing was surprising very reasonable so I had most of my menus in the room instead of going outside during my short stay. There is an Irish restaurante/pub with a sports theme connected to the hotel. It also had good food and atmosphere.

the hotel is a good one and I stayed there on my last 10 visites to pattaya. the location is on soi 4 between 2nd road with resturants and the new big c mall and beach road short way to the beach and to transportation to walking street. there are many restarunts in the area including one big in the parking of the bacara the ladyboy show that have great thai food. breakfast at the hotel is good better than in most of the hotels and if you pay with your agoda reservation it cheap. they have buffea BBK sea food dinner for 600 B to hotel guest it good. swimming pool is big and great for children and adult . and also the fitness room is good (not big) but i didnt used it. staff is very helpfull . one day i had breakfast at 6am and after I couldnt open the door of my room because some problem with the electronic door tecnition came immidiatly try to help and fix it and then when he didnt succid he changed to a new locker and all that at 6.30 AM. I warmly recomand vista pattaya hotel but you must book at agoda (cheaper than direct bokking) as soon as posible the hotel most of the time is fully booked and cancelasion is free till a week before check in . one advice usualy you cant room before 14.00 as it alwayes fully booked and they are cleaning the rooms.

A room is same in pictures , great function and design . It was clean and well located you can walk on Pattaya Beach to many places. The view from the room is also very nice . The restaurant in front the hotel is so great , must try! Come back again for sure.

The Discovery Beach Hotel is my favourite hotel in Pattaya. It is in a really good location and quite quiet as its set back a bit from the beach road. The swimming pool is really nice. The rooms are very spacious with both a nice large bed and a bath as well as a shower. The views from the rooms across Pattaya Beach are great. The staff are very friendly and the breakfast buffet is an excellent start to the day. In the evening there is music on the front restaurant which is nice. Overall an excellent place to stay.

We received a room upgrade upon arrival which was nice. The room was clean and huge with a very nice bathroom, comfortable bed (which is hard to find in Pattaya) and the staff were great. We really liked this hotel and will be back. The A-One Pattaya Beach Resort is part of three local hotels that share facilities. The only problems we had with this hotel, and I think management should address the issue, is pool access. Firstly, each day the main hotel closes it's pool at 5pm to setup the buffet for coach loads of Chinese tourists that arrive daily, so from 4.30 people that are kicked out the the two main pools end up in the small pool at our hotel. The pool at A-One Pattaya Beach Resort is very nice but relatively small. A couple of families with 5 or 6 kids on floating beds tends to fill the pool and it becomes annoying for the hotel guests trying to relax in the pool. Secondly, crusty undies... Nearly everyday we saw people either turn up at the pool fully clothed and jump in or strip down to their underwear and jump in. Men's and women's swimwear is available all over Pattaya for less than 300Baht, please buy a set before swimming...

The location is good in the quieter part of Pattaya beach road. You can easily catch a tuk tuk to the walking street. The proximity to the beach is the best part. The breakfast spread was also quite decent. Hotel staff was very helpful. Only problem is that the rooms are quite small but we didn't care much for the room anyway! Cheers to A-One Star!

the hotel is situated centrally to shoping of most major shoping centers .the night life is with in walking distance very close to beach .one block. the hotel has a very big swiming pool .the service at pool side was excellant .as well as it was very clean .they have mini golf court to play which was very nice .and they have a tennis court .there are a lot of activities at the hotel along with a pool table to play pool .a very good feature is that the hotel has service to take trips to many differient locations in thailand which i did .the cost was very affordable .for transportation it was there when you needed it .also i rented a motor cycle .to tour around the town .only two hundred baht a day .the security also was very good good .i did not have any problems with my stay there .i would stay at centera beach hotel in pattaya again.the over view and rating of centera beach hotel in pattaya i would have to give it a A rating my stay was one of the best trips to thailand .i come once a year to thailand this is made possiable by making the trips affordable .and staying at centera beach hotel is very affordable with all it has to offer its gusts. sincerely ROBERT DALESSIO

I'm a repeat customer and I've staved here many times. This time I took up a room on the B Wing which is nicely renovated. The room size is spacious and very clean. As the B Wing is at the back, it is very quiet and you will not be disturbed by the music from the bars outside if you need an early night sleep. This hotel is located along Pattaya Beach Road Soi 8 which is very convenient for shopping, drinking, day out at the beach etc. If you need to go to Walking Street, it is just 10 baht away via pickup truck taxi.

The room was neat and clean. The children's pool was the highlight because we have two young children and they had a great day in the pool which is obviously cleaner than swimming in the sea at Pattaya. It's located on Beach Road so you can just walk out of the hotel and have a stroll to shops, restaurants etc.

Very efficient check in staff compared to the Siam Bayshore hotel, a sister property in Pattaya. Beach Road entrance to the hotel was difficult to find on Beach Road due to construction fencing surrounding the on site building zone. A very short distance to many restaurants, bars and shopping areas. Internet free in bars and lobby. Good standard of cleanliness in the rooms and hotel with friendly staff and good security both in the hotel buildings and grounds.

My stay was actually very good. The rooms are amazing and most importantly.... they are clean!!!! I stayed in the deluxe room and it is very spacious. The decor is simply stunning and most importantly, the beds at this hotel are actually soft!! 90% of beds in Pattaya are like bricks so this was a great surprise. If staying here I wouldn't recommend the standard room only because the toilet is shared with the shower so it seems really weird to me. Plus the standard is very very small. The only 3 complaints that I have is that the internet is some of the worst and slowest I've experienced in Thailand. Its almost unusable. There is hardly any room between the toilet and shower. The toilets are shoved up too close making it very difficult to be comfortable while sitting down. I actually had to sit sideways lol. Lastly, the showers have both a rainfall shower head and also a handheld shower head. For some reason hot water would come out of the rainfall head but would not come out of the handheld one. Aside from that, this hotel has the friendliest staff I have ever had the pleasure of being around. Ive stayed at a lot of hotels in Pattaya including the epic Centara Grand Mirage and this hotel just kills the competition on staff friendliness. Is this hotel worth staying at?? Definitely!!. There are very few hotels in Pattaya that offer a perfect experience. Most don't have good internet, most have hot water issues, most only look clean on the outside, etc etc. So yes, I would stay here again.

New Condo type Hotel on Pattaya Beach Road. Excellent view if you get a sea side view room. Horrible view if you face away from the beach or a room in the back of the hotel. Excellent location with everything near by. Hotel looks like is was hurriedly built as one can see the various design flaws and some contructions is still on-going. The rooms are very accomodating but the shower design is awful. No doors on the walk in shower and the water sometimes flowed into the rest of the bathroom. Still a great deal and nice hotel. Excellent breakfast, nice small pool and fitness center.

i stayed in garden wing but it was whole lot better than tower wing in my opinion. everyone was nice and friendly and they were smiling all the time including cleaning ladies. free wifi is available in the lobby and the tavern which located right in front of tower wing. swimming pool was great, especially the jacuzzi was really good. a swimming pool at the tower wing was not good, it's shady all the time because of the tower wing building. the location of the hotel is in the beginning of pattaya beach road which is very good to take transportation. this hotel worths for what i paid. i strongly recommend you to stay in this hotel. you won't regret.

The hotel is located in Pattaya Beach Road, just in front of the beach (not private beach). The rooms are new with beautiful modern decorations however small for standard rooms. When we stayed there they were even upgrading the lobby area into something that is really modern and chic. Too bad they had to close the swimming pool for a few days - so we didn't have the chance to try. We'll definitely be back!

Stayed only 3 days this time with my girlfriend. This large beach front room was better then the expensive Hilton next door. The corner room has huge wrap around balcony, separate bed room and kitchen with washing machine. Furnishings were top notch. The toilet had a little bit of a smell unfortunately but it is being replaced. I have stayed in many hotels in Pattaya, and this is the best for my needs. Fully self contained. Great for storm watching! I could use my big camera lens to take photos all the way along beach road and even walking street from this room. Wonderful room, great staff and great price during off season. Honey runs Condo sales and rental, a laundry, a coffee shop as well as a good taxi service which I used to go to both Don Muang and Suvarnabhumi Airports.

This hotel was just 1 minute walk away from the beach, it was along the pattaya beach road, soi 10. Good location. Just walk less than 1 minute and you can have a swim in the sea or have a walk along the beach, and just walk back to hotel afterwards. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Beverage were provided free of charge once we enter the hotel. The staff help us to transfer our luggage into our room. The bedroom and bathroom were very clean. There is a bath tub. Although ours were not a sea view room, but we can still see a little bit of sea view through the balcony. The staff came up to the room to help us resolve the wifi issue. The wifi were generally good. Easy to get a songthaew along the street road. The only disadvantage, breakfast was not included. The swimming pool on the rooftop were great. There was nobody there in the early morning, so I enjoy swimming there like a private pool for myself. It was really value for money. I never expected it was so good by looking at the pictures in agoda. It was beyond my expectations. Thumbs up!

i love this hotel! the 1st thing to the lobby, i am surprise of the chic-ness it has. the lift is so hi-teach that it had a touch screen button. the hotel is very new, it's just 3 months old when i visited for my stay. everything look so chic around, even the cafe area. we stayed in a superior city view room. the room is fantastic, it has a full height window! everything in the room is so chic, they even have bath rode for us. the room is simple yet designer feel. i love the toilet most. the mirror stretched fully from left to right~! it's a huge piece of mirror. everything are so new in the room. the bed & pillow are white and comfy!! the only bad thing is, the room is so new that it still have the newly furnish smell of the furnitures. the hotel is just along the busiest stretch of road in pattaya, beach road. it's really easy to get anywhere from wallking street to the central shopping mall from the hotel.

2nd stay at this hotel over the past 13 months. Will stay again. Cons Decor is a bit dated Pros Location - close to Pattaya beach, Walking street and Central Plaza. ATMs, Money exchange & convience stores all within a 100 metres of entrance. Facilities - Pool is great, room service meals are great, housekeeping is fast and comes around mid morning. Airport taxi service was on time and car was good quality. Room - While room decor is an old school wood theme it's all very clean and well maintained. Firm beds with nice linens and pillows. Shower water pressure is strong (which is unusual for Pattaya hotels), TVs are high end HD models and work properly. Cable channels come in clear (which is unusual for Pattaya hotels). Surround sound system is a nice plus. Air con was quiet and frosty

We had a good time here. the hotel is modern,clean and if you get an ocean view room there is a couch which is big enough for a child to sleep on which is great although they will charge for kids breakfasts. The room had a separate bath and shower and small balcony with some ocean view. The hotel is technically on pattaya beach road soi 4 but is connected to the A-one hotel on soi 3 - this is where the parking is. Although some people complain on Agoda that the car park is another soi away you can actually cut through the smaller wing of A-one to the seaview which isn't a hassle at all.

I have stayed here twice now. The staff are always so pleasant and friendly. The price is very good and the room so comfortable. I have not had breakfast here before, but I have dined once in the restaurant and had a few cocktails at the bar. The food was delicious, and the drinks were very well made. A short walk to the main beach road and onto the sand and a beach chair if that is how you would like to spend a few hours. And close to all the main shops if you are happy with walking, or very easy access to the baht buses at either end of the street to take you to the shopping centres. Away from the red light district and no noisy bars to keep you awake. A great value hotel in one of the best locations of Pattaya for easy access to everything, without being in the thick of it all. I will definitely look to stay here again. Good airconditioning, good fridge, comfortable bed. It is not luxury, but it is very clean and functional, and if you are looking to spend more time out of your room than in it, this is great value. Wifi was always adequate as well.
