very good location value for money in Pattaya ”
I book the PATTAYA LOFT hotel just 1 night to see what look like but I was surprise about it the location very good for the beach shops night life all walking distance plus Big C around the corner is very quite road , My room it was good big with refrigerator kettle tv program in English too , plus it was free breakfast . On my check in receptionist it was very pleasant .anyway I will stay there again

Was good had Indian Breakfast, then nice big room at the price given, just faced the problem of water was not heating called up 2 times 1 time they solved the problem then again when the problem came they said engineer will come in the morning after 8:30 am or so, so overall everything was good apart from this.

Stayed at the family suite. Yes it’s big. But the room are not thoroughly cleaned.”
The lobby of the hotel is very hot and smelly. The first room we were given was flooded in the toilet and had a bit of smell of pee. Luckily, they give us another room. No smell but the room looks like it hasn’t been cleaned that well. The breakfast is mostly Indian food so if you are not fond of it, you can only have some toast, omelette, ham and sausages. It was not a pleasant stay so we will not book this hotel again. All pictures and some reviews are misleading so better take my advice and book somewhere else.

THIS IS A WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING THIS HOTEL. DO NOT, I REPEAT, DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. THEIR ROOMS ARE ROACH AND BUG INFESTED. THEY DO NOT WASH ANYTHING IN THEIR ROOMS: TABLES, FLOORS, SHEETS, COUNTERS, ETC. WE BOOKED SIX ROOMS, THE MINUTE THEIR WORKER TURNED THE LIGHT ON IN THE ROOMS, ROACHES AND VERY SMALL BUGS SCATTERED EVERYWHERE. THEY HAD TO CHANGE ONE ROOM BECAUSE THERE WAS JUST TOO MANY ROACHES. THE NEW ROOM WAS THE SAME, WE JUST HAD TO TAKE IT. THERE WERE VERY SMALL BUGS CRAWLING ALL OVER THE COUNTER AND INSIDE THE DRAWERS. TOOK VIDEO FOOTAGE. THE FLOORS, TABLES, AND COUNTERS HAD DRIED DRINK STAINS SO WE KNOW THEY NEVER CLEANED THOROUGHLY. THE BED SHEETS SMELLED USED, AND LOOKED LIKE THEY HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED. THERE WERE HAIRS ALLOVER THE BED SHEETS WHEN WE PULLED THE COVERS OFF. THERE WERE BODILY FLUID STAINS ON THE BED SHEETS. WE REQUESTED THEM TO CHANGE IT WHILE WE WERE OUT AND THEY NEVER DID. WHEN WE COMPLAINED, THEY ASKED US NOTTO SPEAK SO LOUD AT THE

Citin loft hotel”
My recent stay at the Citin Loft hotel was for the price paid probably the best of my 5 visits to Pattaya.The hotel is located in a quiete area off Pattaya Klang/Central Rd,only 5 in walk to the popular sois and another 5 to beach. The King double room was superb,big and clean.balcony with sunbed and sink,32 flat screen tv,dvd player,bedside console to control lights,a/c.fan etc.Excellent. The pool may not be to everyones liking,small semi enclosed located at front of hotel but has quality wooden loungers,still was well used by guests. Breakfast was ok,nothing special,eggs cooked to order,good choice but not much variation.Staff where superb,nothing too much trouble always met with a big smile and excellent communication skills. To sum up a superb hotel,fantastic value for money,have stayed in ones in Pattaya 3 times this rate and not enjoyed my stay as much.

hotel that has a few problems but still the best”
this is my favorite hotel in pattaya the location is a good thing and also a bad thing. it is away by itself so the area is very quiet, but the location is hard to find by some taxis but only by a few minutes or so but after a while you learn it and you can find it with yoru eyes closed. to be honest i have to say that i did have a few problems with bugs in the room and a misunderstanding with the management but after a talk it was all settled and i still have good comments for this hotel. the water pressure still ccould be a little higher and the water does take a while to get warm then it goes cold again then gets back warm again. but the food is great the staff is by far the best in pattaya. breakfast every morning was good and yes the eggs are still excellent. the rooms were cleaned on time every day. this hotel could use some minors changes but i will still stay here every time i come to pattaya. the internet drops constantly when you're on the 5th floor or higher, from the 4th floor down the internet is excellent.

Citin Loft is without doubt a spotless hotel the sheets were changed everyday on my bed, the staff are very friendly and helpful the hotel can hold there heads up to any big hotel anywhere, I would take my hat off to the Citin Loft, its staff do a very good job and they work very very hard, this reflects on what a good job the manager is doing to have such a good staff under him. The location what 10 minutes walk at the most, and its quite a pleasent walk you are in a idea location, you are close to the beach and the bars, yet at the same time you are tooked away in a nice quite area, and the food in the hotel is faultless, I have read some feedback and some people have not been happy with there stay, people have different opinions, I am fussy about cleanliness and like my food, and I cant fault the hard work and standards of the Citin Loft. Thank you to The Manager and the staff for making our holiday so enjoyable.

Great value for money”
Located on a quiet Soi off Central Pattaya Road, opposite Soi Buakhao the hotel offers very large rooms (maybe - some more furniture would help!) with free wireless internet, safe, water boiler, both bath tub and shower - amenities that here you can find even in "standard" rooms and I usually found in other hotels at much higher prices. Staff friendly and helpful. I did not try the breakfast. Perhaps a bit too far from the beach and from where the "action" is - but if you're familiar with the Bath Bus system, or aren't scared by motorbike taxis it won't be a problem. Also, the hotel offers a pickup service leaving every 15 minutes taking you to the Central/2nd road intersection. Family Mart open 24h and ATM machine nearby. I'll keep this hotel at the top of my choices for my future trips to Pattaya.

My family has a big surprise when we enter the room (2 bedroom family sutie in Citin Loft Pattaya). The room was extremely big, clean. My kids love it so much! Hotel staff was really helpful when we ask for a 1 day land tour. That was fun. The Tuk-tuk service provided by the hotel was excellent. The send us to the top super market where we can drop there for shopping dining. Walking is not a problem if you willing to walk, takes about 10 mins or less. The hotel manager (I guess) he is very friendly and helpful. Over all : rate - very good and I'm grate to make a right choice to choose this hotel.

Reasonable Hotel and a good price”
Have stayed at Citin Loft Pattaya before and consider it good value for money. The rooms are large, this time a booded a suite and it is almost too big. Considering it was a suite it was not as well appointed as i would have thought - kitchette was very basic and not up to scratch with suites in other similar hotels - lounge area should have had a full couch - room lighting is only just addequate. On the plus side there is plently of space, well appointed bathroom, confortable king bed, courteous and helful staff, dining room where they provide a good breakfast (which was included in the room rate), OK pool area, complementary WIFI. Overall still good value for money and i will surely stay at Citin Loft again during future visits.

I'm a return customer to Citin Loft. I like this hotel, it has clean spacious rooms, good breakfast and very pleasant staff. I like the quiet location in the backstreets off central Pattaya road. The hotel is guest friendly and did not charge for having guests stay over. And there is a free shuttle down to second road corner if you do not feel like walking. As a bonus there is free internet service in the lobby and also free wi-fi in the rooms - at good speeds. Only issue is the pool, which lacks privacy and is quite small. Overall i great little hotel and I will return again in the future.

hotel was about 1 year old, clean and well maintain. The hotel was about 10minutes to the beach road. Free transportation (tuk-tuk) to Tops Supermarket, which also to other shopping center such as The Central Festival Pattaya. Breakfast was moderate. It was value for money stay at Citing Loft Pattaya.

Citin Loft Hotel is a modest yet comprehensive premise located right in the middle of Central Pattaya. Its rather far from the beach to walk, but with a motor cycle or a taxi, its just minutes away from the bustling city center. Rooms are clean and modern equipped with all the amenities you need for your stay. Highly recommended!

Citin loft is located at Pattaya Klang. It is a location where there are more locals. Quiet area, which is kinda good for me. Walking street and pattaya beach are just a 5min baht cab away. THe staff are super friendly. Hotel is guest friendly. Rooms are clean. Room service menu is delicious. I will stay here again. Just so that i can see the pretty receptionist whose name escapes my memory.

Great, Memorable, Fun”
This was my 2nd time staying at CitinLoft within 1year and when you read the reviews they will all mention the manager Ajay and advise how good he is. Ajay is more like a friend now, him and his team are always willing to help you with any questions or concerns you have and do so with a smile. The hotel is located in a quite area away from the hussle and bustle but again is not far from the main road which will lead you onto Beach road. The food in the restaurant is decent and the price is not bad either. The room is of great size and clean along with the shower/bathroom which may seem quite old fashioned but it did the job for the price you pay. I would definitely recommend CitinLoft hotel to anyone who is traveling to Pattaya and doesn't want to spend to much money, but get a hotel which will accommodate you and your family reasonably.

The hotel have big size room only (which I love it). Be careful when talking with the staff. You should pronounce the english slowly, because the understanding of english a little bit not good. the hotel location is located in the central pattaya with easy and convenient access to the interested areas. the access road to the hotel is a bit difficult. the hotel's facilities is sufficient and well-managed. the included abf set has certain number of food menu but should not cause any problems. however, the competitive price given by the type of accomodation should be interested to a family looking for a single unit of living during stay in central pattaya. only non-serious disadvantage is hotel parking area which is quite limited with only small number of cars.

Citin Loft Pattaya - A Home Away From Home”
Turning left into a small side road, I was disappointed, at first, but passing a 7-11 and a Family Mart open 24 hours 2 minutes away, and great eating joints and street-food vendors a minute later, we drove into the Citin Loft Hotel. It isn't a STARRY place, but once inside, the cozy lobby and restaurant area, the spacious, spotlessly clean rooms with chill aircon made me feel absolutely at home. If one goes looking for a beach holiday, then one should stay at a beach resort. But ideally placed 3-5 minutes away from the beach and Pattaya's main-street shopping, restaurants, night-life, I would highly recommend The Citin Loft, especially for the fantastic rate of 1100THB with breakfast.
