Ok, out of all the choices of hotels in Nha Trang, why would you choose Pavillon Gargen Hotel? Because one, you can walk to the beach in less than 5 minutes. Two, there is awesome street food with fresh sea food, coffee bar, and massage available 50m from the front steps of the hotel, and you don't have to cross a moto filled street. But what really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Bao, Nhon and Ngan will do just about anything to make you and your visit special. Take the time to stop and talk with them, even if you need to use google translate, it will be worth it! Oh ya, just like all the other review, great breakfast, clean hotel. :)

Good front desk service and delicious breakfast”
The staff at front desk is quite friendly and can speak english. He will suggest us about the itinerary if u have no plan. We can buy the ticket for vinpearland and even booking for island day trip. We stay at 11th floor so is considered quite quiet except for some vehicle horn early in the morning. The provided breakfast is very delicious. We stayed for 4 days and some dishes are changed everyday. I like the soup noodles (they called pho) very much. But i would like to suggest when we give the breakfast ticket to the staff, they should give us like a rubber or anything to prove u have passed them the ticket. Because my friend has passed two tickets to the staff himself when i was at the other side (she didnt know the ticket is for me), in the end she insist to say i didnt give. She couldnt speak and understand english so after a long story she checked the tickets with written room number she only realized we did give the tickets. The rooms will be clean everyday. Overall is good.

A nice hotel centrally located with a good buffet breakfast, somtimes hard to communicate as the language used was Russian or vietnamese obvioulsy, obe guy was great with his English and we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. slight bad point here uunfortunately E-mail communication we extremely poor, we sent mails to request early check in as we arrived at 5am after a night bus. The guy on the desk acknowledged he recieved our mails, so I questioned his lack of reply?? He still said no check in for 8 hours as fully booked. We then paid $12 and a room was available

Amazing staff, facilities ok”
Pros:Staff was so wonderful and helpful. They tried really hard to help with whatever we needed. And everyone was good with our little baby girl! Location was convenient to everything. Cons: small rooms, pool was freezing. The curtains in our room were thin and white so it let in too much light at night time. A LOT of street noise, very loud at night time.

Good price, good location”
The location to the beach and the Main Street where all the action is was great. We didn't take a cab the entire three nights we stayed there. Lots to eat and do all around and it was a very short walk to the night market area in nha trang. The downfall of this hotel was the fact that a) there was a lot of construction happening around it which usually wouldn't bother me BUT, there was incessant jack-hammering happening from 7 am until 11pm, and they didn't mention any of that during booking and b) the pool, which is really nicely displayed on the I website, was half under a tarp and the area was messy and cluttered. There was a sign behind a pile of chairs that said it was closed due to construction, however you couldn't see that sign unless you really looked for it. I really really wish and hope that they mention this to guests as it was a deciding factor for us to choose this place. The rooms were clean, there was a safe and the hotel felt really secure. It was a great place besides the construction.

Very good hotel in great location”
My girlfriend and I spent three nights here whilst in Nha Trang and it was great. The room was clean, comfortable and even had not one but two small balconies with partial views of the beach. The breakfast was delicious with a lot of variety. The only drawback was the constant construction near the hotel but was only during normal business hours thus not impeding sleep. The fact is, it seems like there's construction everywhere so might be a bit noisy but certainly would not put me off booking this hotel again should I come back to Nha Trang.

Pretty Nice to Stay”
We stay at Pavillon for 3 days at #902. The hotel is clean and helpful staffs. Our room has a small view to the beach square, breakfast is simple but tasty food. The minus is about room walls which easily hear the noise from outside or next room.

Decent”
This is a decent location smack in the middle of the Russian tourist area 1/2 block off Tranh Phu at the War Memorial. It's a very congested and noisy area, and, except for the very nice included breakfast, I would find better value at one of the typical 2-star, $12/night hotels. We had rented a superior double, but the room was very small. The balcony was really just a ledge with room for one person to stand above the alleyway. Front desk staff had way less than functional English and were marginally friendly. Laundry and a housekeeping request for clean towels were a hassle, although they eventually delivered. Nha Trang has grown up a lot since I visited in Feb 2013, and maybe the huge influx of new tourists to the new mega-hotels has just worn down the welcome. Overall, it's satisfactory, but I would stay elsewhere next time.

I had a masiive room with a fantastic view of the ocean ,a tiny balcony.The room was very impressive ,clean and well equipped.Albeit that the hotel was up a small street it was very well located for getting to the beach.There was building work next door with quite a lot of noise but only during the day.I was very impressed with the quality and choice at breakfast

Very noisy little rest”
This hotel is very very noisy,because next to pavilion hotel there are a building in construction ....it's horrible!!! The workers never stop ...day and night a terrible shots.... Workers are very friendly and moved us room to try to rest....but it was impossible even with earplugs.... Toco toco toco toco toco toco toco......24 hours a day....we didn't have a moment's rest all day...I think this hotel it's ok when they finish construction, maybe in ten years hahahaaaa

Did not have high expectations, but we were still disappointed on many fronts. Do not believe any of that “sea view” claim under “Deluxe” class of room. There is nothing deluxe about the room, and if you are lucky and are on a high floor, you might get a glimpse of sea view. The only difference between ‘superior’ and ‘deluxe’ is the size and it does not reflect the price difference. On lower floors, all you see is buildings around you with no hope of seeing the ‘sea’. When pointed it to the stuff, was met with rather dull look and no any hint of sympathy. Pool has been closed – it seems from previous reviews that it has been the case for many months. There is no mention about it until you get to the pool itself. Room very basic, rather dirty looking linen. Staff can be only described as OK at the best. The hotel “security” at night consists of someone sleeping on the couch in the lobby. The breakfast is quite basic, at the end we preferred to go for breakfast elsewhere. The only positive about this hotel – a couple of good little eateries and massage shops right in the front of the hotel. I would highly recommend those. But stay somewhere else.

Modern hotel in a good location”
