Superb pricing , rare deal in town , fit up to 3 pax (Additional RM25 per pax after 2 guests). Giving it a great environment for group and family with kids. You can easily access to restaurant, cafe, supermarket, seafood palace, beach activities (day & night). Kindly contact us for more apartment unit for 2 pax, 4-6 pax, 8 pax, 10 pax and up to 30 pax bungalow unit :)

A little disappointed as it is just partial seaview and not full seaview. However, the cleanliness of the room, easy checkin, and comfortable bed makes the trip a pleasant one. The location just in front of the waterfront which is pretty strategic.

Disappointed for a different reason”

Booked a 3 night stay at this place Denied access for my wife as she doesn't have MITI clearance Explained that my wife is not working but my effort was futile No MITI letter = No entry Partly my mistake for not reading the terms & condition (Who reads it anyway!) Emphasised that I'm a frontliner, need a break with my family However, It was a fruitless effort Then, I hopefully demanded for a refund (Still denied as they claim I'm ELIGIBLE to come as I have an OFFICIAL letter) Doesnt't make sense to me. Unemployment/Children denied entry as they dont have MITI letter So, only official "Essential service" personnel allowed vacation??! Extremely disappointed! Could have be more courteous and refunded But hey, who cares right? All paid and No show. Easy money for u guys! XD I'm not saying this is a bad place, but stop being business minded and think of other people also lah! Everyone is struggling to make money.

Not Recommended”

The seaview is okay from balcony, and this place is convenient for grocery, food and walk. However, Bed sheet is not as shown, found blood stain on their bed sheet, dirts on their utensils, no Netflix, fridge is not cold, my milk and ice cream spoiled in the fridge, toilet is small without ventilation, room's sound insulation is bad, swimming pool is turbid, gym is simple with kids kicking their ball with mud, carpark is public and accessible by everyone, Waterfront is not a beach for swimming or beach games. Anyhow it's price is not worth for the quality of stay, but the owner' management team is friendly and responsive.

NOT WORTH THE PENNY ”

Such a small space and the property owner required additional charges for the futon, which was suppose to be included in the package. The advertisement for the space was showed at RM104 while booking and ended up at RM200 plus. There were extra charges apart from the taxes and the room cleaning which doesn't make sense. Paying double of what being advertised! More like a scam.
