Worth the money. Suitable for large group. BBQ pits are provided, even can request for mahjong equipment. The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Pearl Villa Hotel & Resort definitely will be my first choice of accommodation if go PD again.

No frills but clean and spacious”
For a large family on a modest budget,Pearl Villa met our basic requirements. All rooms were airconditioned and beds were clean, as were the floors. Toilets were a bit run down, but there was hot running water. The place was very spacious-ideal for a boisterous family with young kids.There is a fridge, mini oven an electric kettle. It is more of a holiday chalet than hotel. Kieran, who manned the reception when we arrived, was very helpful in many respects. Queries were attended to promptly and cheerfully. The only setback is location. If you don't drive, you will find Pearl Villa a bit remote from the main areas of activity in Port Dickson, though one could cross the road and dine at the Ancasa suites. The beach is about 10-15 mins walk away.

Huge villa friendly reception n owner”
We had a great 1 night stay in pearl villa..the staff are friendly n helpful spacey living, kitchen, 5 bedrooms airconditioning with in rooms toilets, clean n tidy. Convenice to restaurant, but slidly unconvenice to the beach cos we've to cross the road to the beach to reach there. If not heavy traffic it takes only 5-10mins walk to the beach.

Clean Basic Accomodation”
We booked this hotel(if that what you want to call it) last minute as we finally decided to go to Port Dickson for a family gathering. Our families consist of my wife and I with 2 children aged 11 and 5, my brothers with their wives and 2 daughters and my parents. On arrival, the hotel is very hard to miss as it is painted with bright colours, almost like a kindegarten. The hotel comprises of a row of terrace house so it is actually a house, not a proper hotel. There were 2 options to choose from whether Type A with 3 air-conditioned rooms and 2 rooms with a ceiling fan(middle unit) or Type B with 5 air-conditioned rooms(corner unit). We choose the latter for our stay. The unit itself is spacious, with living room and kitchen although no cooking is allowed but they did provide microwave which is a nice touch. There is one room on the ground floor and 4 rooms on the first floor. Each room have access to toilet although the upper unit means that 2 rooms is sharing one toilet. The air-conditioned is not too cold maybe due to the massive size of the room. There is a balcony which connected at the front of master bedroom with the next smaller room. The white sandy beach is just across the road but I would advise to go there by car as the road is quite busy at times. Overall, it is a basic hotel with basic amenities. For us, it was a perfect point for a small family gathering. I would recommend it to anyone with a big family who are looking to have a whale of a time in Port Dickson.

5 families stayed in pearl villa is great and enjoying. No trouble were encountered during my stay for 2D1N. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They even borrow us extra tables and giving us guide.

Spacious for family/group gathering”
My family came with other four families. The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Very convenient for family or group gathering. It is equipped with fridge, microwave and tools for bbq. But charcoal is not provided. We bought the charcoal from E-Store located about 4 km from the villa. Its living room is very big and the surrounding is clean. We didn't have any problem to buy food as there are a lot of hawkers and restaurants nearby the villa. Beach Teluk Kemang is quite close, just 5-7 minutes walking distance but you have to cross a big road. The management of the villa is also kind when they allowed us check out a little bit delayed upon negotiation.

Large room with good service!”
The villa is big and clean. 15 or more people stays together in that house is NOT a problem however maximum is 10 people. The staff is nice and good services. Price of this villa is cheap and worth. However, the location for the villa is a bit far to beach and you have to drive there if you wish to go! Good recommend for those who having a big group of people who want to stay together for chit chat, BBQ and bla bla bla!!

Spacing which suit Group gathering”
Just 5 minutes walk to the beach across the road. Clean and convenient to many attracting places in Port Dickson. No. of restaurants nearby, easily to get many type of foods like Chinese food, curry & spicy Malay food. Very suitable for big family of 10 to 12 people, travellers who plan for group gathering. Nice surrounding and money worth villa.

Nice location, beautiful villa & friendly service ”
After we arrived at your villa and we was very happy with the place, it is because it near to the teluk kemang beach and the place is very clean as we expected it could be. Futhermore, the staff is very friendly and welcome us with the nice smile. We have so much fun over there since there is bbq pit and we can do it at the beach.the price is reasonable and very good place to stay for a big family and friends gathering.

Clean, beach nearby & friendly staff”
The room is clean and big enough for couple or family vacation. Private toilet for every room. Teluk Kemang beach located opposite of the resort. I would recommend a seafood restaurant located beside Firefighter station, it's worth for the price and able to reached by walking from resort.

Great for big group outing”
Overall, I'm quite satisfied with the cleanliness of the villa, but do bear in mind that this is not to be compared with 3/4-star hotels. Altogether, there are 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the villa. Only 3 of the rooms have air-conditioners, the other 2 are provided with ceiling fans. The bedrooms are spacious and there is a queen-sized bed in each of the room. The front car porch is big enough for 2 cars. Other amenities provided: microwave, fridge, tv, plates & cutleries, electric kettle, dining table, and portable BBQ charcoal-stove (like those used for grilling satays). The villa is just 10-minutes walk from the Teluk Kemang beach. Unfortunately, this public beach is very dirty and the sand is coarse, although there are some activities available there, like the banana boat ride, and water scooters. Cons: As the villas are actually linked-houses, it can get very noisy at night, if you're unlucky enough to get inconsiderate and very loud neighbours next door.

Awesome, we visit Port Dickson with 7 guys which are looking a place surround with the nice local restaurants, making noise without disturbing others guests, clean and comfortable room and close to the beach and it was total matched to what we want.

Nice and quiet for gatherings”
The stay there with a group of friends was awesome. The receptionist was very helpful, and the villa was very spacious and clean. The BBQ pit was also cleaned and ready for usage. The kitchen came with utensils and cutlery for us to use during our stay. The room was very comfortable, however, there was 1 shower head in the room that was not functioning properly. Other than that, it is definitely a great budget for gatherings as it is spacious and it is only 5 minutes walking distance to the beach.

Easy access to the beach and food”
Teluk Kemang beach is only 5 - 10 minutes of walking. Few restaurants around, opens until late night. Villa style but each room is occupied by different guests. No TV or fridge in room, only in the common living room (ground floor) which is fine for us.

Good resort for family stay”
i like the location because we were planning to hav a relaxing getaway,a place near the beach and so it did not dissapoint us that its not far from the beach and its always windy there and the weather is just nice for a perfect family vacation.the food hawkers around there sells good asian cuisines whenever u need a meal.the hotel is a great value for money as it has alot of rooms and it is spacious,which is perfect even for a big family staying there.

Suitable for big family/ big group”
basically i like the villa and happy with stay, but i think the rate is slightly high. i used to stay at similar villa in cameron highland and melaka before at much lower rate. just walking distance to food stalls and drive few minutes to teluk kemang beach. there are few supermarket, attractive places within few minutes drive. the villa/ rooms are clean, the front desk is helpful. but there are too many "house rules" stick on the wall like : not allowed to bring pet, no cooking etc.

Its a clean hotel with 5 big rooms and easy access to beach,restaurants and tourist attractions. We booked corner house but was given end lot without much space as promoted in the website. Other than that its a convenient stay with easy parking space.

Good value with big families”
Type A room with aircon: From the pictures it looks like very small but that's not true, it is very spacious even in every rooms. 4 rooms upstairs with aircon and own toilets. Downstairs 1 room without toilet. Living room no aircon. You have your own private space for bbq area. Before we arrived we thought it would 2 stars standard but is underrated. It should be 3 stars hotel standard. Overall is very value and good stay. Will go back again.

Worth the money”
Overall is ok, room is big. However, the floor is oily especially in kitchen and the bedroom near to it. Lack of chairs for our BBQ session. The fences between villas and this causes lack of security.
