One of the Best Hotels in South East Asia”
Had an amazing experience staying in this hotel. Even the kids loved it very much. We are a big family which consists of 5 adults and 3 kids. We booked the Grand Interconnecting Rooms and stayed there for a couple of nights. The hotel itself looked really grand. The rooms were really clean and spacious. All our rooms came with a huge bathroom and toilet, with a bathtub in each. The rooftop bar hasn’t opened yet (officially opening on 1st July) but the rooftop infinity pool were the kids’ favourite. Last but not least, the staff in this hotel are the champions and face of the hotel. The service my family and I have received from them were just amazing. It is even better than some of the regular 5 star global chain hotels. The staff in this hotel were very friendly, attentive and professional. My family and I would like to give a special thanks to Mr Cee, Ms Chinh and Ms Plum for making our stay a memorable one. We will definitely come back again to this amazing hotel.

They have two restaurants serving western / Asian-fusion cuisines. During the morning, you may enjoy mouth-watering buffet breakfast to lighten up your day. The hotel is ideally located in Old Quarters where a lot of good local food/restaurants are located. The hotel is really grand and the rooms are really nice and spacious. What stood out is the amazing service from the staff of the hotel. They were really friendly, attentive and professional. It felt like we had a private/personal butler. This is a brand new hotel. The hotel is very beautiful and well-decorated. A bed in the room is big and comfortable and a bathroom is nice. Breakfast is delicious, especially noodle with beef soup. Really 5* standard, spacious room and bed in Old Quarter. Extremely warm blanket gave me a nite night. Spotlessly clean, very new room and bathtub. Employees’ attitude very good especially bellman Tran Ngoc Minh who was really helpful, nice and kind hearted (except the receptionist @7pm 5 Apr need more smile)

Simply amazing”
I had an amazing stay at Peridot. The location is superb, right in the middle of Ha Noi old quarter and within walking distance to many famous eateries. The room is spacious and the staff are very attentive, remembering my name during breakfast. Their technician also went an extra mile and lend me a monitor when the room TV couldn't be connected to my laptop (I had to attend meetings from Hotel). Would definitely recommend this to everyone and I hope to stay here again on my visit to Ha Noi.

Wonderful Location- Stunning interiors - Only 3 weeks old!”
This hotel has just had its soft launch 3 weeks ago. They have been very open with guests and so eager for feedback- it's fantastic. The interiors are beautifully designed from the lobby to restaurants to rooftop bar/pool and rooms. I was very impressed! Service can be a little slow + the music a little to EDM for me on the rooftop bar as they iron out the kinks but it makes for an amazing sunset views whilst sipping a nice juice or cocktail. Loved my stay, the staff were fantastically engaged and present to assist even offering me a room to shower in before my late night flight home after I had checked out. If you want a lovely restaurant experience you can eat at the hotel but the best street food in town is also right on your doorstep!

Every thing was fine. it's artistic Hotel. I think hole hotel facilities are looks like artistic something. But, I don't know every time when I want to visit top bar, there is an events or something important things... so they can't allow to go inside of using it... except that, every thing was perfect.

I ve been traveling for 10 years and I ve also been in Hanoi 3 times, this was one of the best customer experiences I had in my life. The staff ALWAYS went an extra mile to make us feel comfortable.. extremely attentive and caring. Another highlight for us was the room and specially the bed, probably the most comfortable bed I ve slept in. The hotel is brand new , the facilities are great, and the location couldn’t be better. Totally recommended.
