My wife and I would definitely recommend this homestay/hotel. The owners (a family) were very welcoming and genuine from the moment we arrived. The room was large and clean. The breakfast was good. Also, the location was convenient and walking distance to everything. I forgot my jacket at the hotel and had checked out. Once I realized this I was already in Da Nang (45 minute drive from Hoi An). I immediately called the hotel. The owner was nice enough to arrange for one of his drivers to drop it off at my Da Nang hotel as he was dropping off someone close by later that day. This was greatly appreciated by my wife and I.

Great Time in Hoi An at Pham Gia Boutique ”
Place is operated by a very sweet couple who welcomed me “home” when I came. A number of family members assist in day to day operations, so you really feel like family. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Laundry and transportation needs are easily handled by the hotel, the breakfast is great, so all of your needs are met. First rate experience and highly recommended. I’ll stay again and you should too!

Best place in Hoi An”
This is my favorite place to stay in Hoi An. I have stayed at many hotels and Pham Gia is by far the best. Its a family run business and they take exceptional care of their property. Its immaculate, well designed, and an overall fantastic experience. They have done small things to stand out, like the candle with mild oil that is burning when you enter the room. Its perfect for a great ambiance without being too noticeable. The spare toilet paper rolls have tasteful coverings. The furniture is well made and in pristine condition. Breakfast is great and the pool is well maintained. I have nothing bad to say and will be staying again when I return to Hoi An next week.

Amazing hotel!”
The staff was very friendly. I felt like I was staying with family. The hotel was super clean and quiet. We rented a motor bike from the hotel and didn’t even have to leave a deposit like we had to at other places. The place is close to different shops and restaurants. I would definitely be staying here again if I come back to Hoi An. They even help us arrange transportation to the airport and it was cheaper than getting a taxi through the Grab App.

Best place in Hoi An ”
Amazing stay here the best in our entire Vietnam trip actually! All thanks to the friendliest couple who own the place I believe they helped us arrange a taxi and even woke up at 5am with a take away breakfast for us with was such a sweet touch that really made is a memorable stay. The older gentleman even escorted us to our taxi with an umbrella because it was raining which was so kind even though we insisted we were okay. The room was perfect, so beautifully designed and the balcony was out of a dream. The beds were extremely comfy and the AC was great too. 100% reccomend this place if your in hoi An. Thanks for the wonderful stay

Great hotel, Great location, delicious breakfast, comfortable beds. Very convenient that you can rent bikes and motorbikes cheap from the hotel vs having to go somewhere else. I stayed on the 5th floor, where the WiFi does not reach the room well:/ seems to be pretty fast on other floors though.

Easy walking distance to the very active waterfront area. We cannot say enough. We stayed over Christmas. On Christmas Eve they invited the guests to Vietnamese supper. This was really thoughtful. Great couple/ owers who take pride in all the small things.

The facility is spotlessly clean, modern and really nice with spacious rooms, Ac + good breakfast. The best bit is the staff however - the owner and his family give this place a really homey and welcoming feel. They are always smiling and available to help. I would highly recommend.

Big spotless rooms! Very comfortable bed.. all rooms have balcony. The owners and stuff were really nice and helpfull. Great breakfast! We had such a great time we stayed 3 more nights of what we planned. Highly recommended!

An oasis of calm in beautiful Hoi An ”
We had the most wonderful stay with this lovely family. From the minute we arrived in Da Nang we were treated so well. There was some confusion about what time we would arrive via overnight train, however there was still a driver waiting to collect us. We really loved the location of this cute homestay as it was just close enough to the old time but definitely far out enough to feel relaxed. The area itself has lots of nice places to eat that were far more authentic than offerings within the old town itself. It was a nice walk or cycle along to the beach (about 3km). Ty and his wife were lovely and really helped us organise all aspects of our trip in Hoi An, from looking after the bags post check out to motorbike hire etc. Nothing was too much for them. Thank you for being such lovely hosts and for making our first trip to Vietnam so very special. The whole family went out of their way to make sure we had a lovely stay - very genuine people. Thanks again Pham Gia and we can’t wait to see you again - Jenny and Lars

Beautiful gem of a hotel”
The owners and staff made our stay at Pham Gia very memorable. It is such a lovely unique boutique hotel about 10 min walk from the old town. Lovely spacious rooms with a very large bathroom, everything was perfect except that we only had 2 days here. We would highly recommend Pham Gia and will stay here again when we return to Hoi An.

Clean large room with great A/C. Incredible bathroom with huge shower. We had our own balcony that looked over the roofs of Hoi An. Absolute highlight was the amazing pool. Breakfast in the morning was great. Each afternoon we came into our room and it had been cleaned with fresh sheets. Staff were friendly and hospitable. Worth noting is that it was about a 20 min walk from Old Town river, but once it cooled down we didn’t mind the walk. Definitely recommend!
